Welcome to my one minute practice of awareness and gratitude.
Start by feeling the contact between your feet and the ground.
Take a long,
Slow breath in through the nose and pause at the top of the breath.
As you exhale out slowly through the mouth,
Allow any areas of tension in the body to soften.
Notice your body,
Just becoming aware of sensations and then observing those sensations for a few moments.
How does your body feel right now?
Show a little gratitude towards your body and thank it for all the wonderful things it does for you every single moment of each day.
Offer yourself some love and kindness that you deserve as you move back in to the rest of your day.
