Hi and welcome.

Today we will practice a series of affirmations for health and wellness.

To begin today's practice,

Find a comfortable position within your space that you can either sit or lie in for just a few moments.

It could be in a chair with your feet planted on the floor.

Maybe it's sitting on the floor cross-legged style or even lying down on your back.

Anywhere that feels good to you that allows you to just pause for a few moments.

If you're lying down,

Let your hands rest gently by your side.

If you're seated,

Let your hands rest facing up on your knees.

Close your eyes if you haven't already.

Release your tongue from the roof of your mouth.

Let your shoulders melt away from your ears.

Feel the weight of your sitz bones as they root into the floor or seat beneath you.

Begin to draw your attention and awareness to your breath as you inhale through your nose and exhale through your nose.

Take another breath just like that.

Inhale through your nose and exhale through your nose.

I will begin to repeat several affirmations that you can use throughout your day and carry them on with you into the rest of your week.

These affirmations about health and wellness can bring a bit more gratitude into your life if you're feeling that things are a little out of sorts or are getting a little off track.

I will repeat these affirmations.

As I read them,

Say them to yourself either in your head or aloud.

I will repeat each of these affirmations three times so that they can really sink in.

Not all of these affirmations will resonate with you today,

But take with you which ones you're really drawn to.

Take another deep breath in through your nose and an exhale through your nose.

I am strong.

Use these affirmations throughout your day,

Repeating them to yourself or maybe writing them down.

When you need a bit of inspiration throughout a difficult situation,

Come back to these words.

Inhale through your nose.

Exhale through your nose.

Inhale through your nose.

Inhale through your nose.

Inhale.

When you're ready,

Begin to come back into your physical body.

Inhale through your nose.

Exhale through your nose.

Begin to draw small movements into your fingers and into your toes.

Maybe rock your head from side to side.

Start to bring larger movements into your body,

Stretching whatever feels right to you.

Begin to take your focus off of your breath and back to the space that you're either sitting or lying within.

If you're not already there,

Begin to make your way up to a seated position within your space.

When you're ready,

Blink open your eyes.

Remember that you can come back to these words of affirmation throughout your day at any time.

Use them to help guide you and remind you how healthy and vibrant that you are.

Thank you so much.
