Coming into stillness on your chair at the office or at home or wherever you may be.

Just taking a few minutes out of your day to cultivate being present.

So beginning now by bringing the attention into your body.

Feeling the simple sensation of the body just sitting here.

Feeling the whole body occupying space.

Feeling the weight of the body.

Feeling the various sensations arising and passing away in the body.

Feeling the body.

And within this flow of sensation,

Feeling the breath moving in and out.

Feeling the gentle rise and fall of the belly with each in and out breath,

Just like the sea,

And letting yourself be gently rocked by your breathing.

Very good meditation that is like a capsule form of a few minutes to get one grounded to be calm amidst the rigour of a hectic schedule at work. One can use this at different times of the day. Not a big deal to steal away three minutes here and there amidst the work, to sit in a chair/ bathroom cubicle, plug in and just stay with the breathe, using this guided meditation. Good one.
