Busy lives and competing demands can distract us from what matters most, causing imbalance and tension in the relationships we have with ourselves, family, friends, and the world. In this month-long series, Jay guides you towards creating and reintegrating harmony in your life.

Living with intention.

All that we do has intention.

And intention will always be based on either love or fear.

Love seeks to serve the other.

Whereas fear seeks to overcome or avoid the other.

Only the power of love gives us the power to see or visualize,

To create and grow an appropriate role.

Otherwise,

We are likely to see the roles that others are playing as threats.

Each day we walk onto the stage of life and play our part in the drama that we call life.

Each day is both a performance and a rehearsal.

Each scene is a workshop and a canvas upon which we can create and leave something beautiful or something not so beautiful.

And as we do,

We receive a reflection of our creative contribution in the mirror of our relationships.

Yes,

Relationships are our mirrors.

And as we do play these roles in relationship with others,

We will know by how we feel whether we are playing life or just surviving it.

Now on the screen of your mind,

Pull up some of the significant relationships that you have one by one.

And look into them as you would look into a mirror to see how you are doing.

See what it is telling you.

In each of those mirrors,

Do you see yourself playing life or just surviving it?

Do you see yourself playing life or just surviving it?

Do you see yourself playing life or just surviving it?

Do you see yourself playing life or just surviving it?

Do you see yourself playing life or just surviving it?

Thank you.

Listening to the beginning of this is helping me to put perspective to my first public speaking event this coming week. That really everyday we all show up on the stage of life and if I do this out of love then what I put out there will reflect a beautiful thing back as my artwork. Thank you for this perspective. Curious if you have any others that may be helpful for calming and centering for speaking? Turning to my divine....
