Thank you for joining me.

When we have trauma trapped in our bodies,

Our mind struggles to feel the positivity as the negative takes over in a lot of cases.

So today I want to focus on stopping the negative thoughts and focusing on the positive.

Plant your feet firmly on the floor.

Feeling the earth underneath your feet as you're grounded and feeling that natural bond with earth.

Find a comfortable seated position.

Close your eyes or lighten your gaze.

When you take a deep breath in through the nose,

Focus on the air going in through the body,

Down into your chest,

Into your belly,

And extending your belly.

Filling it with all of this clean air that's cleansing the inside of your body.

When you take a deep breath out,

You'll be releasing all of that negative,

Dirty energy that's trapped inside of your body through your mouth.

So let's try that.

Take a deep breath in through the nose,

Extending your stomach,

Cleansing the inside of your body,

And then release it through the mouth,

Letting go of all of the tension,

The negativity,

And releasing it out into the world.

Now,

This time when you take your breath in,

Focus on all of the positive things about you.

Is it I have nice hair?

I have nice eyes.

I am smart.

I am wise.

I am kind.

I am a good mother.

I am a good father.

I am a good partner.

I love me.

All of the positive thoughts that you can think of.

Allow them to come to the surface with your breath in.

And then focus on holding on to those positive thoughts as they go into your stomach,

Cleansing your innards.

And then when you take your deep breath out,

You're releasing all of the negative that was once inside of you,

Allowing the positive air to stay inside your body.

So let's take a deep breath in through the nose,

Extending our stomach,

Thinking positive thoughts.

I am kind.

I am a good person.

I am a good mother.

And releasing through the mouth all of the negative thoughts that were once inside of your body.

Let's do that one more time.

Thinking positive thoughts.

Deep breath in through the nose.

I am a good person.

I am kind.

I am a good mother.

I love me.

And out through the mouth,

Releasing all of that negative energy,

All of the negative thoughts.

They're now gone into the universe,

No longer part of you.

Taking a deep breath in and releasing it out into the universe is such an amazing tool that all of us have and we can use it at any time.

It's a beautiful,

Beautiful way to ground yourself,

Allowing yourself to think clearly.

The next time you start to think negative,

Take a deep breath in.

Thinking positive thoughts,

Bringing them back into the center core of your body.

And then release the negativity out into the universe,

Allowing you to feel the true natural you that you are,

The true kind you that you are,

Because that is the most important love that you can give yourself.

Be kind.

Continue to love yourself.

And keep breathing.

Much love.
