Stand at the top or in the middle of your yoga mat.
Fill your feet on the floor.
Lift your spine ever so slightly up toward your head and your head up towards the ceiling or the sky.
Take a breath and breathe.
Land here.
If you've closed your eyes,
Open them and move your feet a little bit more than hip distance apart.
Start to rotate the upper torso to the right and then twist over back to the center and then to the left.
And just keep doing that,
Twisting back to the center to the right,
Back to the center to the left.
And begin to speed this up.
Take care of your body,
But speed this up.
Allow your arms to be like empty coat sleeves,
They might start wrapping around the waist as you move left and right.
Set your own pace here.
We are creating vigor,
So if you can create some speed,
If you use your breath to create the vigor,
You can do that as well.
And you might even start to lift the opposite heel from the direction that you're facing to give you a little more momentum.
And you can even look over your shoulder on each side as you build up speed here.
Add the breath.
Center is the inhale.
Each side is a ha,
Ha,
Ha.
Keep rotating arms like empty coat sleeves and begin to slow it down,
Slowing it down,
Coming to stillness once again.
Place a hand on the belly.
In this stillness,
Feel your body.
Let the breath fall out as you exhale.
Feel your body.
What are you aware of?
Where is there more space?
And begin to bring your awareness into yourself.
Eyes might close again or softly look down at the ground.
And bring your awareness to your feet,
Your toes,
Your heels,
The soles of your feet,
The ankles,
The shins,
The calves,
The knees,
Front and back of the knees.
And bring full awareness to these areas of the body.
You don't have to explain anything or judge anything.
Your presence is enough.
And as you are with the knees,
The shins,
The calves,
The ankles,
The feet,
The toes,
The soles of the feet,
The heels,
All of those parts,
What level of acceptance is here?
And feel into that.
Maybe there's some resistance.
Maybe there's a great level of acceptance.
Whatever is here,
Be with it,
Notice it.
There's no right or wrong.
Take a breath.
Let it out.
And then move your awareness to the thighs,
The front and back of the thighs,
The pelvis,
The buttocks,
The waist.
Take a breath here with these parts.
Bring all of your awareness here.
We're not creating a story.
We're being with what's here now.
And what level of acceptance is here?
We aren't making anything up.
We're feeling the acceptance that is already here.
A little or a lot,
It doesn't matter.
Be with what is here.
Take a breath.
Exhale.
Let it fall out.
And move your awareness to the upper torso,
The belly,
The back,
The chest,
The shoulders,
The arms.
And take a breath with these parts.
Bring all of your awareness in.
Continue to take care of yourself,
Breathe,
Notice,
And be here.
Is there acceptance that you can feel into with these parts?
Being with what is.
Being with right now.
Not trying to change anything.
Right here.
Right now.
Take a breath.
Let it go.
Bring your awareness to your neck,
Your face,
Your head,
Front and back,
Top,
Your hair,
Your ears,
Your eyes,
Your nose,
Your mouth,
Your tongue,
Your teeth,
Even your throat,
Maybe swallow.
Take a breath with these parts.
And what level of acceptance is here?
What is here in the right now that you can be with?
Feel into your body.
Feel into these parts.
Let what arises arise and breathe.
Take a breath.
Let it go.
And then come to your whole body,
All of you.
Notice how you're taking care of your body through this practice.
Feel the breath and connect to the breath.
Begin to inhale,
Full body inhale.
Exhale,
Full body exhale.
Inhale,
Full body inhale.
Exhale,
Full body exhale.
Inhale,
Full body inhale.
Exhale,
Full body exhale.
The next time that you find yourself inhaling,
Bring your hands to a place on your body,
Any of those parts,
A place that feels right,
A place that your body is calling you to,
And feel that area with your hands.
If you can't reach it,
You can do it energetically.
Really feel into and connect.
And as you feel into this place of your body,
Allow the wisdom of this body part to flow into your hands.
There is wisdom in the body.
There are messages that can bubble up through this awareness,
Through this connection.
If this body area had a voice,
What would it tell you?
What message would it give you?
Maybe it's a word,
An image,
A feeling.
Maybe it is indescribable.
And can you accept the message?
Is there a level of acceptance of this is the message,
Even if it's nothing?
And take a breath with that.
Begin to roll the shoulders,
Move the arms,
Kick the feet a little bit,
Shake out the body.
Come into your head,
Into thinking mind.
And with this wisdom that your body has given you,
Think back through this practice.
All of the different body parts,
All of the different levels of acceptance.
And is there a life lesson that has arisen from this practice?
And what does that look like?
Take a breath with what is arising.
And as your body presents this life lesson to you,
What is the first step in creating some wise action?
Wise action is not hurting anyone else or yourself.
It's putting that action into play in your life to weave in this wisdom at a level of awareness,
A level of commitment.
What does the first step look like for you today?
Thank you so much for listening.
Have a beautiful day.
Namaste.
