Welcome to another meditation with me being out in nature in the New Zealand forest.
You might hear some birds in the distance and there's other sounds like a creek running down below us.
It's autumn here right now though,
There's leaves around us that rustle if we move.
Let's come into the present moment by taking a few deeper breaths or becoming more aware of your breathing.
A few conscious breaths.
More consciously breathing.
Breathing in becoming more aware.
Breathing out setting an intention.
Breathing in being more aware and out setting an intention.
So you might be wondering what kind of intention is it.
This could be anything something that's right for you.
If you're doing this meditation in the morning it could be an intention like being more in the present moment,
More often following your breathing or bringing more positive and kind thoughts into your day.
Being more kind to yourself or others could be anything or taking maybe a few more breaks,
Taking more care of yourself or when you are taking a break and drinking a cup of tea or eating doing that with more presence.
Any kind of intention that works for you.
If this is the end of your day you can then set an intention for your evening or for your night.
Amazing whatever happens throughout the day.
Letting go.
Allowing yourself to fully rest and similar intentions like that.
Breathing in being more aware and breathing out.
Thinking of your intention.
Breathing into the moment with your breathing awareness and intention.
And being more and more present and aware.
Allowing everything else to be.
There is thoughts in the background.
There might be that the mind sometimes wanders off and you just gently come back.
Resting like this in the present moment for as long as you like.
Try and remember that intention whenever you become present again throughout your day or in the evening.

Doing the best you can.
