Spiritual practice,

Clearing and cleaning.

Opening Meditation I feel excited.

I sit.

I feel depressed.

I sit.

I feel happy.

I sit.

I feel sad.

I sit.

Now I just sit.

Find a time and place to sit comfortably.

Bring your feelings.

Breathe in and out so that you trust yourself,

Your physical self,

To care for you in this moment,

To provide you with what you need.

Remind yourself that here you do not have to use your intellect,

Your intellectual quadrant,

To solve any problems.

You can let yourself be as you are in this moment.

Now allow yourself to feel whatever it is that you feel,

An emotion,

A feeling in your heart or your gut.

Any feeling will do,

Even if you can't name it.

And feeling nothing counts too.

No judgment about liking or disliking what comes.

Know that this feeling,

Whatever it is,

Is uniquely yours in this moment.

No one else is feeling quite this emotion at this time and place.

The feeling is so intense that you might believe that the feeling defines who you are,

But now you understand that you are a human being experiencing this feeling.

You gain a small distance so you can be a witness to the feeling.

Even this intimate feeling will come and go,

Clearing a pathway to your spirit,

Your essence.

Remember,

It's not that you have to do anything here,

Except to welcome your emotion into your awareness,

As it does its cleaning work.

Now we'll have five minutes of silence for reflection and meditation,

And then three rings of the singing bowl to end.

Www.

Mooji.

Org Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

You are welcome.
