Hello there,
It's Moira Hutchison here.
This guided meditation is all about our inner wisdom.
Tapping into our inner wisdom.
So I encourage you to just get settled.
You can be sitting or lying down.
And just allow my voice to guide you into a more powerful state.
A powerful state of being.
So breathe in deeply.
And exhale completely.
Breathe in deeply.
And breathe out completely.
Keep doing this.
Breathing in deeply.
And out completely.
And as you do this,
Just adjust your body in any way you need.
To find a comfortable,
Relaxed position.
Just let your jaw and your shoulders drop.
Feeling any tension melting away.
Draining down through your body.
All the way down,
Melting,
Draining,
Shifting down through your body and out through the soles of your feet.
Now just gently closing your eyes.
Just let the sound of my voice be as if it was your voice flowing from a deep well of inner wisdom inside of you.
Imagine this inner source as an infinitely flowing stream of calmness and quiet relaxation.
Peacefulness.
It moves through your body.
And as it moves through your body,
Taking away any concerns,
Any worries.
Dissolving any restrictions or grasping.
Still focusing on that deep breathing.
You're opening to a higher state of inner well-being and good feelings.
Now in your imagination,
I invite you to move to a still and even deeper place of beauty and calmness.
Just notice that this peaceful,
Tranquil inner room is inviting and welcoming you.
It's kind of like something within you is warmly welcoming you home.
This restorative,
Calming place is always available just for you.
Notice all your thoughts slowing down and floating away,
Letting them float away.
Notice how wonderful it feels to become so quiet,
To come into this sanctuary of peacefulness and just stay here.
Stay here for a little while.
And in this pleasant state of relaxation,
Just start to notice a soft inner light.
This leads you to an image of your own true self.
It's as though you begin to experience yourself in an inner mirror.
A mirror that shows you only what is the most positive and empowered within you.
Notice how strong and capable your inner self is.
How it's vibrant,
Healthy,
Open to new ideas.
How capable of instantly understanding the best paths and highest ways for you to be.
And just move with this inner image toward the source of the soft light.
Just slowly following your inner self right to the center of your being.
Just see what you see,
Hear what you hear,
Feel what you feel.
This is your special sacred time.
Place yourself in the center of this space and become present to your inner self.
You don't need to use your mind at all.
Just letting your inner self,
Filling you with knowledge and direction for you,
For your life.
Just be present,
Stay in this moment,
Notice what you notice.
Just allow yourself to feel a sense of joy,
A sense of happiness,
A sense of connection.
Feeling loved and appreciated.
Understanding that your inner self is the source of this warm embrace.
And you can become aware of your own best qualities and abilities and strengths.
You feel within yourself that whatever you need to thrive and live successfully and calmly,
Peacefully and mindfully will be with you whenever and wherever you are.
Breathing deeply.
And with that wave-like sensation of your breath,
Feeling waves of gratitude to your inner self for its gifts and its love.
And with it,
Now you've done this exercise,
You can come back to this space anytime you need for renewal,
For calmness,
Or just when you feel like being uplifted.
Your inner self is the realness of who you are.
A loving,
Inspired individual who lifts others up,
Shares love and makes a positive difference in the outer world.
So now we're going to softly and gently end this meditation.
Knowing that when you gently open your eyes and become a part of your everyday life again,
Bring back with you all of this calmness and that connection with your inner self.
Bringing your awareness back to where you're seated or where you're lying down.
You might want to wiggle your fingers and toes a little.
When you're ready,
You can slowly open your eyes and rejoin the rest of your day.
Thanks for listening.
