Transcript

Breathing deeply and relaxing your body,

Taking some slow deep breaths,

Bringing your attention into the here and now.

Allowing your thoughts to gently come and to gently go,

Without the need to buy into them.

Just letting them be,

Always bringing yourself back to the breath,

Back to the present.

And now visualising a beam of white light coming down from above,

And sitting just next to you.

This light is connected to the universe and is a direct channel to the energy of pure love and appreciation.

Looking at the beam of light,

Knowing that when you step inside of it,

You will instantly shed all of your worries,

Your fantasies and your plans.

And all that will be left is gratitude,

Appreciation,

Joy,

Love and fulfilment.

Continue breathing slowly and deeply.

And now stepping inside this beam of light,

Feeling yourself being propelled into the present,

Taking a break from anything that is not happening right here,

Right now.

Feeling this healing energy cleanse your body of any negativity.

Letting go of unhelpful beliefs and habits.

Letting go of everything now,

Except you being here,

Feeling appreciation right now.

Breathing in this loving energy,

See if you can tap into a feeling of appreciation for this experience.

You may want your circumstances to be different.

You may prefer better health,

A new partner,

A different house,

Job or car,

More money,

Greater ease and peace.

But right now is the time to let go of all of those wants.

Wanting for those things will only keep you stuck.

Right now is the time to start to love your life for what it is.

For what you already have.

For the people who love you.

For the income,

Possessions,

Health and happiness that is already available to you.

Allowing that energy of appreciation flowing from above to bring about a sensation of love and joy in your heart.

With every breath letting this feeling expand.

And now thinking about the people in your life who you appreciate.

Visualise them in front of you.

Think about the love,

Joy,

Ease and support that they contribute to your life.

Allow that appreciation to expand.

Now considering your current state of health.

Instead of focusing on ailments,

Direct your attention to the ways in which your body supports you and allows you to live your life.

Overflowing with appreciation for your incredible beauty.

Now bring your attention to your sources of income.

Rather than thinking about how you'd like it to be different to how it is,

Taking a few moments to feel grateful for everything that you're able to do and achieve with the income that you're currently bringing in.

Starting to appreciate the money that flows into your life already.

And keeping that feeling of appreciation flowing strong.

Now thinking about your circumstances,

The other things in your life that there are to feel good about.

Your home,

Your possessions,

Your travel plans,

Your social calendar and the activities that you get to do.

Absorbing yourself into those good feelings about all the ways in which you are already so abundant.

Now seeing if you can expand that feeling of appreciation even further as you think about what is possible for you.

Don't be tempted to jump into your fantasy.

Instead,

Think about everything that you're learning about how to change your life.

Think about your goals and desires.

Think about how ready you are to feel aligned with your appreciation all the time.

Taking a deep breath in and letting it out.

Allowing that feel of joy and love to overflow from you now.

Taking a few moments to enjoy this feeling before opening your eyes.

Allowing that flow of appreciation to continue as you return to your day.

Allowing attention to what consider is making this feeling,
