Take a moment to sit down and get comfortable,
Feet flat on the floor,
Hands resting on your lap and close your eyes.
Begin to notice your breath.
Simply focus on your breath coming in and out of your body.
See if you can slow it down a little with each inhalation and exhalation.
Bring your attention to your feet and feel them firmly planted on the ground.
Bring your attention to the weight of your body sitting on the chair.
Bring your attention to your hands and feel them resting on your lap.
Bring your attention to your neck and shoulders and let them relax.
Finally,
Bring your attention to your face and let your feet rest on the ground.
Bring your attention to your face and let your forehead,
Cheeks and jaw soften.
Take one more deep breath in,
Exhale and open your eyes.
