We Deserve Our Heart's Desire, Don't You Think?

Strong self-confidence is essential in manifesting your heart’s desire. This aspect of manifesting abundance is hardly ever discussed but it plays a huge part in the process. We are worthy! Repeat that to yourself every day!

Namaste everybody.

Welcome to In The Flow with Lori Albert.

So to all my master manifestors out there,

Have you considered ever the role that your own self-esteem and your own self-confidence play in manifesting?

Have you ever considered that?

Because you know this week I've been talking so much about the different aspects to manifesting.

And I know so many people that have such trouble manifesting and just manifesting stuff,

Even small stuff,

Right?

But here's the thing,

And we always say,

Okay,

So Abraham Hicks talks a lot about ask,

Believe,

Receive.

Okay?

But guess what?

If you don't feel like you deserve or you're worthy of receiving,

Which is your self-esteem,

Right?

Then that kind of puts a little nudge in there.

And it doesn't allow you to fully manifest.

So today that's what I want to focus on,

Is talking about ways that we can build up our self-esteem in terms of being able to manifest whatever it is that we want out of our life.

You know,

It's hard to receive.

I'll be the first to admit,

It's hard when somebody gives you a compliment,

Right?

If somebody gives you a compliment,

Sometimes you go,

Oh no no no no no no don't say it,

It's fine,

You know,

It's all good,

It's all good.

But the reality is,

Is that we should say thank you to the person that compliments you.

My husband does not like to receive gifts like at all.

He doesn't want any attention on himself.

And I tell him that all the time.

You have to receive.

That's part of life.

You have to receive graciously.

Giving graciously is a joy.

It's that joy.

So whenever we receive something,

We can't deny the other person that wants to give us something.

We can't deny them that same joy,

Right?

So if the universe wants to give us stuff,

We should accept it.

Who are we to deny the universe,

Right?

So we're going to meditate on this today.

We're gonna meditate on our own self-esteem and our own self-confidence.

How do we do that,

Right?

How can we make that sort of happen?

How can we make that sort of come to fruition?

Well,

There are multiple ways.

And I've talked about a lot of this before,

But affirmations,

I know everybody you know sort of poo-poos,

You know,

I have friends,

Oh yeah,

Affirmations,

It's fine.

But you know what the reality is,

Is that affirmations actually work.

If you just say to yourself,

I am worthy,

I deserve this.

If you say to yourself,

If you say that to yourself every day,

If you say that to yourself even just a couple of times every day,

I deserve this.

I deserve whatever it is that I get.

Your mind starts to go to that place,

You know what,

Maybe I do deserve it.

Maybe I do deserve whatever the universe has to give me.

I am worthy,

Right?

So affirmations are freaking awesome.

They're awesome,

Right?

And then you go along and you take that one step further and you do mirror work.

You look in the mirror and this is challenging,

Right?

And I know I've talked about this before too,

But it's challenging,

But it's important to do.

You look in the mirror and you say,

I love you.

Whoa!

And you kind of go,

Whoa!

But if you look in the mirror and you say,

I love you to yourself,

There's like something that happens.

If you look at yourself in the eye,

In the mirror,

And you say,

I love you,

That does something.

It's the same as all of the affirmations.

Look in the mirror and say,

I deserve abundance.

Whoa!

I mean,

Can you imagine if we said that to ourselves just multiple times a day?

Try it.

I invite you to try that.

For one day say,

I am worthy.

Say it to yourself several times a day and see what happens.

I deserve abundance or I deserve whatever it is.

I deserve a new car or I deserve to be happy.

I deserve that because you do.

You deserve.

That's why we're put on this earth to be happy.

So grasp onto that.

Grasp onto it.

Hold it.

Don't let that go.

And that is how you manifest.

Asking for whatever it is that you want to manifest.

Oh,

It's easy.

Asking for what you want is like simple.

I want everything,

Right?

I want this.

I want that.

I want this.

I want that.

Believing.

This is all according to,

You know,

Abraham Hicks because I just love the way that they do this.

Ask,

Believe,

Receive.

And that's just,

You know,

There's nothing better than that,

Right?

So asking simple.

Believing,

A little bit more difficult,

Right?

You have to believe.

I believe.

It's like the Christmas stuff.

There's Christmas stories and stuff,

Right?

I believe that I can do this.

I believe I can get this.

I believe.

I believe,

Right?

But then receiving.

That's where the self-esteem comes in and the self-confidence.

That's where you have to believe that you deserve it.

So I want you to try that today.

And that is what we're gonna meditate on.

Isn't that funny how it all kind of comes full circle?

Okay,

So let's get ourselves comfortable because we're gonna meditate.

And get yourself.

Oh let's take a nice.

.

.

So let's close your eyes whenever you feel comfortable.

Let's take a nice deep breath in.

Really,

Really deep.

Deep down in your lungs and release it.

Perfect.

So let's start out today by talking about what we're grateful for.

What are you grateful for today?

What are you grateful for?

What is going well?

What are you happy about in your life?

Are you happy for your health?

Are you happy for your.

.

.

Are you grateful for your family's health?

Are you grateful for your job,

Your career?

What are you grateful for?

You could even be grateful that your team is in the Super Bowl.

You can be grateful for whatever you want.

You don't.

.

.

There's no rules.

That's what's so great about it,

Right?

There's no rules.

You can be grateful for anything.

And as we further along the gratitude trail,

I guess you could say,

Let's set an intention for ourselves.

It could be something that you want to manifest or it could just be a way of being that you want to be the rest of today.

Setting that intention,

What is your intention for the day?

My intention for today could be to recognize that I deserve the world.

I deserve abundance.

I deserve to be happy.

What is your intention?

Is your intention one of just being able to walk outside and appreciate nature?

That could be your intention.

Whatever it is for you.

Our mantra for today,

I am worthy of my heart's desire and I deserve all the abundance in the world.

I am worthy of my heart's desire and I deserve all the abundance in the world.

Let's say it together.

I am worthy of my heart's desire and I deserve all the abundance in the world.

Sometimes you can get emotional thinking that.

I almost feel like I want to cry.

That is so beautiful and so important for us all.

Allow yourself to sit in the quiet for just a few minutes and say to ourselves our mantra.

I will keep the time.

Let's begin.

I am worthy of my heart's desire and I deserve all the abundance in the world.

You you you you you you I am worthy of my heart's desire and I deserve all the abundance in the world.

Let's start bringing our awareness back to our bodies.

Let's take a nice deep breath in all the way down to your belly.

Bring in the air and gently release it.

Very good.

Whenever you feel comfortable you can open your eyes.

Let's say it together.

I am worthy.

My challenge for you today is to say that to yourself over and over.

Whenever you have another moment just go,

Oh or even better still put it on your cell phone as a reminder and then it'll come up.

Oh my gosh you wouldn't believe the reminders I have on my cell phone.

They come up and it's like whoa okay.

Put it on your cell phone if you need to.

I am worthy.

Say it over and over again.
