Welcome to this three-minute guided meditation.
You can either be sitting down on a chair or sitting in a crossed-legged position.
What's important is for you to feel comfortable.
Now taking a couple deep cleansing belly breaths in,
Breathing all the way in and fully exhaling,
Becoming aware of your body,
Becoming aware of the air that's around you,
Becoming aware of the room that you're in,
Breathing fully in and breathing fully out,
Allowing the breath to be your anchor to this present moment,
Softening your shoulders,
Knees,
Feet,
Feeling the ground underneath your feet,
Allowing your full body to relax and ease,
Knowing that it is safe to do so and that you are supported and that you are loved,
Just as you are is perfect.
Now take a deep breath in and breathe in peace into your body,
Breathing it in,
Allowing,
Cultivating a sense of allowing and exhaling and releasing all at which no longer serves you any sort of stress or tension or heaviness,
Releasing and letting go,
Breathing in peace all the way down into your belly and fully exhaling,
Allowing the shoulders to ease and relax,
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Full,
Undivided focus on the breath.
The breath is what matters right here,
Right now.
With the next exhale,
Allowing yourself to further sink into the ground or chair beneath you and whenever you're ready,
You can gently open the eyes.
