Begin in a comfortable posture.
Come to stillness in your body.
Allow your eyes to be closed to witness what you notice inward.
Excess will help Pineapple prometed to you.
Follow your breath.
Begin with the next inhalation that you feel.
As you breathe,
Ride the wave of the breath.
Be attentive to it.
Let it be your focus point and return to it often as you need.
Notice your body and your mind feeling calm.
Let your breath guide you and simply hear the words that I'm sharing with you.
As you breathe,
Allow for any impressions,
Any images,
Sensations or feelings that come to you simply be.
Let your subconscious mind grant you the wisdom that you need.
The nature of what you are.
What you are is the beautiful nature of love.
You are at your core the most incredible being of light energy.
As we hold awareness of our natural state,
It is one of kindness,
Gratitude,
Compassion,
Joy.
When you are being your authentic self,
This is what you are.
When we hold thoughts that are unkind directed either towards others or within,
We cannot simultaneously hold the energy of love.
The energy of love is pure.
It is our natural state and so we are always this.
It is only as we hold harmful or unkind thoughts that we are moving ourself out of this blissful state and into suffering.
Suffering is the absence of love.
It is jealousy,
Unkindness,
Anger,
Anxiety,
Revenge,
Hate and any other emotion that arises from the thoughts that are not of love.
Be your bountiful self.
Be what you are as a being of love.
Hold oneness with your truest nature.
Whenever you are no longer in this beautiful state,
Simply notice.
In the next instant,
You can return to love simply by choosing to hold loving kindness in your thoughts and in choosing actions that are loving and kind.
Be your true nature.
Be your natural state of love.
