Lezione 2
Compassion
Let's talk about moving anxiety to the back seat of our lives, rather than driving the car. We explore a new way of looking at anxiety, how to deal with it with compassion, and a movement similar to a butterfly hug.
Lezione 3
Reality
In this lesson, we speak about how anxiety can warp our view of reality. We'll go over some journal ideas, and movement practices to bring us back out of our minds and back into our bodies, into the present reality.
Lezione 4
Waves
In this lesson we talk about the waves of anxiety that we learn to surf as we live with and explore our anxiety.
We use core strength, mindset shifts, and a few new movement tools to explore ways to ride the waves and let them run their course. Remember, you have survived through 100% of the rough anxiety days, through 100% of the anxiety symptoms. You. Are. Strong.
Lezione 5
Play
In this lesson we talk about play and distraction, how and why they work to deal with and process anxiety. We explore balance, small movements and other ways to bring in play to your life.
Lezione 6
Notes
In this final chapter of our course, I'll go over a few extra bits and pieces that are helpful in living with and moving through anxiety. These last few pieces might help you to fill in any blanks with your anxiety experience.
