Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Isra and I will be your guide for this meditation.
Begin by sitting in a comfortable seated position where your back is upright,
Shoulders stacked on top of the hips.
Close the eyes and connect to your breath.
Connect to yourself.
Bringing all aspects of yourself to this present moment.
Coming back to your center.
Coming back to yourself.
And having the courage to be here right now with yourself no matter what is coming up.
Relaxing the awareness of right here,
Right now.
Allowing your shoulders to soften and let go.
Moving them away from your ears.
Relaxing your knees,
Thighs,
Feet and feeling the weight of your feet and legs on the ground beneath you.
Feeling the pull of gravity and bringing your full undivided attention to your feet.
And imagining roots growing from your feet,
From the sole of your feet all the way down to the ground.
Moving through the layers of the earth with every exhale your roots growing,
Growing and growing until you get to the center of the earth.
Connecting to Mother Gaya,
Connecting to her nourishing and loving energy.
And allowing this energy to come up through your roots all the way up until it reaches you.
Where it moves through your feet,
Knees,
Thighs,
Pelvic area,
Abdominal area,
Chest,
Arms,
Neck,
Head.
Allowing this energy to fill you up,
Knowing that this energy is rejuvenating you,
Connecting you back to yourself,
Healing you,
Stimulating the self-healing mechanisms within your body.
Reminding you of who you are.
Connecting to Mother Gaya,
Coming back to your inner trust,
Coming back to your intuition,
Coming back to your self is a journey that can happen right here,
Right now,
Through the many layers you will be able to reach yourself.
Now imagine a golden light from above your head,
This divine,
Loving,
Caring golden light coming down,
Streaming down into your body,
Down through your face,
Your neck,
Shoulders,
Chest area,
Abdominal area,
Pelvic area,
Thighs,
Knees,
Legs and feet.
And allowing this golden energy to move down into your roots,
Down all the way down into the earth,
Where you are now the center,
Feeling now centered more than before,
Taking a deep breath here,
Feeling into your body,
Observing your body,
Seeing where the changes might have taken place,
Scanning your body without needing to filter anything,
Simply observing without judgment and breathing into any discomforts.
Being there,
Present,
Cultivates for a sense of greater inner trust.
That builds back your connection to your intuition.
And when you are connected to your intuition,
You then have a clear sense of where you are going in your life and what brings you joy.
When one has that inner trust,
That connection to their intuition,
Then they can flow through changes which is the constant in this universe more fluidly,
More like water flowing down through a stream,
And it then prevents for stagnation to occur.
When we are open and connected to what is coming up from within,
It allows for a greater sense of inner peace.
By cultivating a practice where you ground,
Where you are connecting to your body,
That then facilitates for greater trust within yourself by grounding and connecting to your emotions,
Which is your inner compass to what brings you the greatest joy and greatest satisfaction in life.
It is only natural for trust to fluctuate from day to day.
But over time,
The muscle of trust is increased the more you listen to yourself,
The more you do things that bring you the most satisfaction.
And putting yourself first is not selfish,
It is an act of self-love.
And the more you put yourself first,
The more there is a greater vibration of love around you.
