Welcome to this heart chakra guided meditation.
Sit upright or lie down.
Make sure that you are super comfy right now.
And closing the eyes and taking in a couple cleansing breaths in.
Breathing fully in for the count of 4 seconds.
And holding for a count of 4 seconds.
And fully exhaling and as you exhale bringing in the belly.
Holding in for the count of 4 and expanding the belly.
Holding for a count of 4.
And fully exhaling allowing the belly to move towards the spine.
Bringing in the deepest breath you've taken all day.
Holding and fully exhaling and if you'd like you can exhale through your mouth letting out a sigh allowing yourself to let go.
With every breath going deeper and deeper into a state of relaxation.
Breathing fully in.
Breathing and fully letting go.
And following your own rhythm with taking the deep breaths in.
Breathing in,
Welcoming in a sense of peace into your being.
And with the next exhale letting go of any stress,
Of any tension,
Of any worry fully and completely knowing that this moment is the most important thing right now.
Bringing all parts of yourself to this present moment and breathing in through any sort of resistance with every inhale and exhale moving into this deeper and deeper state of being.
A deeper,
Deeper state of relaxation.
Taking your attention to your feet and relaxing your feet.
Noticing the muscles of your feet allowing your toes to relax.
Taking notice of every toe.
The left and the right.
Relaxing your calf muscles and your knees.
Relaxing your thighs.
Feeling the weight of your legs on the ground.
Relaxing your pelvic muscles and relaxing your lower abdominal area and your upper abdominal area.
Relaxing your chest area.
Relaxing your arms and hands.
Relaxing your facial muscles.
The muscles around your eyes.
Your eyes.
Relaxing the muscles around your mouth,
Your mouth.
Many tend to carry a lot of tension in the jaw area allowing any tension to be released.
Slightly opening the mouth to release any of that tension.
Relaxing the muscles of your neck,
The side and the back of your neck.
Relaxing the top of your head and taking a deep cleansing breath in all the way in.
And letting go further into this state of relaxation.
Breathing in,
Allowing the breath to cleanse every part of your body to reach all corners of your body.
And fully exhaling allowing your muscles to let go and further relax.
Now imagine an emerald green light in the center of your chest.
This loving,
Healing,
Uplifting energy of the green light as you breathe into the center of your chest,
It expands and illuminates.
And as it expands,
It starts to fill up your body allowing this green light to surround your full body to protect you and uplift you.
Feeling this energy,
This loving,
Warm,
Sanctuary-like energy to encompass you.
Repeating this affirmation in the center of your chest.
