Let's begin by sitting in a comfortable position or lying down and you can choose to repeat these words or simply cultivate a sense of receiving.
I align to my own energy and connect to my own truth.
I connect to the energy of my third eye.
I ground to Mother Earth.
I am connected to who I truly am and I let go of any emotions or energies that are not of my own.
I breathe in my truth,
In my essence and I exhale all that isn't me.
It is safe for me to be here.
It is safe for me to be here.
Taking a deep breath in and exhaling.
I relax my shoulders and I let go.
I let go.
I breathe in my own essence and I exhale all that isn't serving me.
I connect to my heart,
My heart center which is in the center of your chest and breathing into your heart for your heart is your compass.
It is your intuition.
It is the place of where your inner child resides.
So let's take a couple deep breaths in to the center of your chest and then exhaling fully out from the center of the chest following the natural rhythm of what feels right for you of taking those deep breaths into your chest.
By doing this you are increasing the frequency of your heart.
Breathing fully in to the chest and fully exhaling out.
Breathing in love into the center of your chest and allowing that to fill your whole being and fully exhaling,
Letting go,
Allowing your body to further relax.
Continuing to do this for a couple more breaths and you can place one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly.
Connecting to your body and now continuing with the affirmations.
I stay connected and aligned throughout my day.
I am connected and aligned.
I relax into my strength and power.
I am discerning and I choose what is for my highest good.
I allow myself to see while staying present in my strength and in my heart.
All is well in my world.
I allow my joy to flow through.
I let go of any worries.
I let go of any pressure towards myself and I allow myself to be.
I align myself to my truth.
I am aligned.
I choose what is right for me.
I am connected to my heart.
I am aligned.
I am centered.
I am present.
I am right here,
Right now.
And taking a deep breath in all the way in and fully exhaling.
Taking the deepest breath you've taken all day and holding for a few seconds and fully exhaling.
Letting go even deeper and noticing if any resistance arises.
Knowing that all that you're feeling is welcome and whenever you're ready you can open your eyes.
You can use this meditation every day as a way to connect your center and to align to your truth.
