Transcript

Welcome to this guided meditation on gratitude.

Find a comfortable seated position.

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.

As you sit here,

Focus on the present moment.

Take notice of any sounds around you,

The sensation of your breath,

And the feeling of your body in this space.

Now,

Bring to mind something that you are grateful for.

It can be something small or something significant.

It could be a person,

An experience,

Or an object.

Take a moment to fully appreciate and feel gratitude for this thing.

As you focus on this feeling of gratitude,

Allow it to expand and fill your entire being.

Notice any tension or stress melting away as you sink deeper into this feeling of gratitude.

Now,

Bring to mind another thing that you are grateful for.

It could be something completely different from the first thing.

Allow yourself to fully feel and appreciate this gratitude.

As you continue to focus on these feelings of gratitude,

Allow them to build and grow within you.

Notice how your perspective shifts and you start to see the abundance in your life.

Take a few more deep breaths,

And as you exhale,

Release any remaining stress or negativity.

Allow yourself to fully embrace these feelings of gratitude and carry them with you as you go about your day.

When you are ready,

Slowly open your eyes and take a moment to ground yourself back in the present.

Take a deep breath in and out,

And give thanks for this opportunity to focus on gratitude.

You may end this meditation here,

Or take a few more moments to sit in silence and continue to focus on gratitude.

Thanks Steve! I really love this and I keep a gratitude journal every day but I like your idea of totally feeling each for a few seconds. It makes me feel so much better after doing my list every day and then I find also that people treat me better! Funny how that works!! Thank you again, and I will listen to your other tracks and courses as well๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™โค๏ธ
