Feel yourself let go and relax into this moment. The only moment that exists. Be present with whatever is happening and be aware. Be the part of your consciousness that observes the thoughts and feelings and sensations without judgement. Whenever you can, find moments through the day to check in with yourself and then take the required action to rejuvenate and take care of yourself.

Closing your eyes if you feel comfortable and feel yourself relax and let go into this moment the only moment that exists feel any worries or concerns float away and focus on your breath allow focusing on your breath to bring you into the present moment feel and notice your inhale and your exhale be aware of your breath as it flows in and out of your body put as much awareness on your breath as you can manage inhale and exhale also notice the slight pause between the inhale and the exhale and between the exhale and the inhale inhale and pause exhale and pause keep following your breath notice how it feels to be in the present moment be aware and notice without judgment be present with whatever is happening and be aware if you notice any worries or concerns or repetitive thoughts then observe them rather than be critical of them if your mind is super busy or you have aches and pains or you feel tired rather than be annoyed or frustrated just observe without judgment breathe in and breathe out be the part of your consciousness that observes the thoughts and feelings and sensations without judgment scan your physical body slowly from head to toe and see what you notice I'll give you a moment to tune in and pay attention to how your physical body is right now in this moment now scan your internal state and see how you were feeling I'll give you a moment to notice your inner landscape and really pay attention be curious about what you observe watch and notice be present in the moment and be grateful for any information you receive notice any thoughts or feelings and just observe be in this moment with yourself with gentleness and kindness if you notice any pains or difficult emotions today then this is great because you are now aware and being aware means you can take action tune in and visualize what you might need to do to support your health and wellbeing with regards to any information you just received your activity could be as simple as a cup of tea and some relaxing music with no other distractions or you could take part in a hobby that brings you joy what nurturing activity do you need to do later today when can you fit this in will you need to adjust your schedule to take the time to rejuvenate reset and take care of your health visualize yourself doing the nurturing activity you have chosen just by doing this mental rehearsal you are creating building and strengthening the neural pathways to make it easier for you to perform this activity later you may even feel some of the benefits of the activity just by visualizing it use as many of your senses as you can to strengthen your visualization when we are mindful and tune in sometimes we can experience difficult emotions if this was a part of your practice today then make sure you are extra gentle and kind to yourself and that you reach out for support if you need to thank yourself for being present in this moment and also realize how supportive this process can be with regular practice our internal state is so important in determining how we meet the circumstances in our lives so paying attention and tuning in and finding ways to have a consistently calm and balanced inner state can bring great benefits to our lives whenever you can find moments through the day to check in with yourself and then take the required action to support yourself and remember if you have observed some strong emotions today then make sure you seek the support you need to heal and release those emotions congratulate yourself for taking part in this practice today slowly opening your eyes remaining as present and aware as you can manage breathe in and breathe out

Hi, Alison (: Here i am with another of your meditations, last time we agree that calm mornings are a must for us if we can. Now you leave me this kind of "ve a witness" to myself and don't judge, just observe and find out what i need. Today, later i think that i need to be part of one of my favourite activities. In this case, just sit down watching the sky, garden and mountains around me, while listening to some music i like. This is my second time listening to you, and for sure i'll be around. Tell me, which hobby you need today? Thank you so much for being there with your voice, have a lovely day ✨
