We can’t think our way into peace; we can't think our way into bliss or serenity. We need to be those things, and a way to do that is with our breath. Take your attention and awareness to the breath, let everything else drop away and just be. Be with yourself, be with your thoughts if they arise, be with your emotions if they arise, just be. Be with all that is and be okay with what is. Accept it all and just be.
