We can’t think our way into peace; we can't think our way into bliss or serenity. We need to be those things, and a way to do that is with our breath. Take your attention and awareness to the breath, let everything else drop away and just be. Be with yourself, be with your thoughts if they arise, be with your emotions if they arise, just be. Be with all that is and be okay with what is. Accept it all and just be.

Take a moment to relax and feel present.

Gather all of your energy and bring it to now.

Let go of stress and worries and pressure and just be here.

Be here right now in this moment and the next.

There is nothing else to do and nowhere else to be.

Be here now.

Just be.

Be with your breath.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Inhale and exhale.

Feel the lungs expand and contract.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Notice the pause between the inhale and the exhale.

Breathe in and pause and notice the nothingness and the everythingness.

Breathe out and pause and notice the nothingness and the everythingness.

Breathe in and pause,

Breathe out and pause.

Breathe in and pause,

Breathe out and pause.

Breathe in and pause and notice the nothingness.

Breathe and be present.

Breathe and just be.

Be with your breath.

Follow the natural rhythm of your breath with all of your attention and be with the breath.

Be with your life force.

Just be.

Breathe in and pause and breathe out and pause.

Be with calmness and mix with it.

Be with peace and mix with it and blend with it.

Be one with it.

Be one with nature and mix with it and blend with it.

Be one with the universe and mix with it and blend with it.

Breathe in and pause and breathe out and pause.

Just keep following your breath,

The natural inhale,

The slight pause and the exhale and the slight pause.

Exhale and pause,

Exhale and pause.

Take a moment to notice how just being has made you feel today.

It might be different on a different day and that's totally okay.

Just be with what is and be in total acceptance and calmness.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe in and breathe out.

And when you're ready,

Wriggling your fingers and wriggling your toes and be with your inner self feeling calm,

Feeling rested,

Feeling relaxed and feeling connected.

Just be.
