Closing your eyes,
Taking a deep breath in and releasing take another breath in and releasing letting go of the day,
Letting go of the worries of tomorrow letting go of what you need to do next bringing yourself to this present moment right here,
Right now to your breath bring all of your attention and focus to your breath knowing that right now,
In this moment,
That's all you need to focus on just your breath if your mind wanders,
If it gets busy,
Just gently bring it back without harshness,
Just in a kind way,
Just notice,
Observe and go ah,
My mind's off again,
Thinking,
Just gently let those thoughts go,
Release them observe the mind with kindness and gentleness and love and just bring your attention back to the breath just this moment,
That is all you need to focus on there is nothing else happening right now in this moment it's just you and your breath leaving behind what's already happened today not worrying about what you have to do tomorrow just bring all of your energy to right now and knowing right now,
In this moment,
You're bringing calmness to your body you're calming the nervous system you're putting your body in a state of relaxation you're allowing things to feel calm you're feeling connected to your inner peace with every exhale,
You're releasing any stress,
Anxieties or worries with every exhale,
You're releasing any thoughts that aren't useful right now you can always welcome them back later but right now,
This is about your breath and being centered and present in this moment with all of your energy and attention just feel how that feels,
Just feel all the energy flooding in your thoughts aren't scattered all over the place,
They're not about last week,
Yesterday,
Today they're not about tomorrow,
They're not about any year's time,
It's just about now every little bit of energy,
Bring it right to this present moment and feel how that feels,
Feel the strength feel the peace,
Feel the calm,
Feel your body relaxing when you bring all of your energy and attention to this one moment in time and this moment,
And this moment,
And that's all that there is inhale,
And exhale inhale,
And exhale inhale,
And exhale feeling calm,
Feeling peaceful,
Feeling centered and just keep coming back to the breath whenever you need to feel this again all throughout your day,
Come back to the present moment just by following your breath just feeling the calmness that's been cultivated from this very short moment in time just feel the calmness and the peace,
Feeling the inner connection and know this is a practice to be persistent with this is a practice to bring good health,
To bring calm,
To bring peace to every aspect of your life,
No matter the chaos that might be happening around you you can always connect with this peace within it's always there,
And with more practice it will be easier and easier to connect with and stay connected with whenever you notice yourself slipping out of peace just bring yourself back gently and with kindness to the present moment just breathe in and breathe out at any time throughout the day you can do this and with practice it will become a natural state you'll feel connected and you'll feel calm throughout the day no matter what is happening breathe in and breathe out and while you continue your focus and attention on the breath just see if you can open your eyes and maintain that connection much easier when the eyes are closed but with practice you'll be able to feel that connection with the eyes open as well
