Hello everyone,

My name is Dr.

Nanajasi from Inner Mileage.

Welcome to this short meditation on gratitude.

Gratitude.

Firstly,

Let's examine briefly what gratitude is.

Gratitude is simply a recognition of what is and expressing thanks for the reality expressed in its current form,

Whether good or bad.

And gratitude creates feelings of warmth,

Compassion and acceptance,

Which are essential for this journey of ascension and healing.

So to get started,

Sit comfortably with your spine straight if you can,

Or lay down or walk whatever your preference is.

Whatever gets into a place of stillness.

Gently close your eyes.

Give yourself permission to arrive in this moment.

And bring your full attention to the area between your nostrils and your upper lip.

And just observe your natural breathing.

As you observe your natural breathing,

You become more spatially aware.

You may notice sounds you normally don't.

You may notice your body coming to stillness,

Even if your thoughts are still racing.

And in this space,

I'd like to invite you,

As you connect with your body and presence,

To affirm gratitude for this moment,

This moment of awareness.

And gratitude to yourself for taking a few moments to connect deeply with yourself.

Feel the gratitude permeate through your body.

Think about two other things that you're truly,

Truly grateful for.

Gratitude for loved ones,

For new insights,

For what seemed to be a bad break but is turned out to be a blessing.

Gratitude for life.

Stay with this feeling.

Use your breath to stabilize this feeling in your body.

And throughout the day,

When you feel disconnected from your core,

Remember to come back to gratitude and affirm yourself for yourself.

Thank you for being here and I'm sending you lots of peace,

Light,

Joy and happiness.
