This particularly stood out for me. That is to follow my HEART space of SILENCE in its natural expression (joy etc) and to let this flow through me and THIS is my gift to the world.

That THIS, comes through my piano music. Realising it led me to the calling to become a teacher here on Insight timer to share my music to the world.
This journey back to playing piano resulted due to piano related trauma, was not my intention nor was in my plan.

This livestream was life changing for me- it takes the pressure off of wishing my current situation (physical disability) was different. This brings me to acceptance- it has to be this way- I just need to experience it.
