Big welcome my friend,
Let's dedicate this meditation to release and breathe out any stress out of your system,
Out of your emotions,
Out of your mind,
Out of your life and reverting back to harmony and peace.
Make sure you're sitting comfortable if you want you can lie down of course and let's start by taking a very deep breath inwards all the way down to your pelvic floor and then exhaling and visualizing that you're softening,
You're releasing tension,
You become heavier.
Again deep breath in,
Filling up the whole breathing spaces starting from the pelvic floor into the lower part,
Into the mid-body,
Into the upper part and again exhaling and feeling that you're letting go of any tension and the last time,
Deeper breath than normal,
Directing it to the pelvic floor lower abdomen mid-abdomen chest,
Shoulders and then exhaling and softening let's start by first of all giving gratitude and just following the affirmation that when I inhale I say thank you and when I exhale I say thank you let's keep the breath now natural and focus on the affirmation inhaling with gratitude thank you and exhaling with gratitude thank you just the vibration of the word thank you will come,
Will harmonize,
Will settle your mind into your heart let's continue,
Let's continue with the visualization of a beautiful stream of water that flows from heaven into our head,
Into our torso,
Down the legs down the feet and all the way down to the center of the earth and when you inhale,
Visualize that you're pulling,
You're inviting beautiful pristine water to enter into your body to nourish each and every part,
Every cell,
Organ,
Tissue and when you exhale those beautiful water takes all the tension out from your body and directing it into the earth inhaling pristine beauty exhaling tension out try to keep this image of the beautiful stream of water as clear as possible and visualize that it nourishes you and cleanses you it makes your face soft it makes your jaw relax it makes your chest soften and wide your abdomen soft your lower abdomen and pelvic floor are nourished and softening that softening continues into your legs,
Into your feet,
Into the toes and down deep into the earth inhaling and receiving this blessing of the life force with the image of the stream into your body exhale and guiding it down and softening let's go now of the active visualization just acknowledge that you are nourished from heaven to earth with so much wellness,
With so much love,
With so much nourishment that you can soften and release any tension,
Any holding,
Any fear allowing the natural flow of the life force to nourish you,
To love you and to support you as much as you soften,
You feel more held,
More supported,
More loved as you're observing and feeling this beautiful flow that nourishes you pay attention and ask yourself if there's any other parts of your body that are still holding tension and invite this beautiful nourishing stream of life force to gently touch those areas of tension and take the tension away allow yourself to be cleansed,
To be healed,
Renewed and now let's expand a bit the awareness from deep inside the body into more the skin and the energy field surrounding the body and let's expand this awareness of nourishment from heaven to earth into those parts and feel that that cleansing is as well on the surface of the body cleansing the front of the body,
Cleansing the sides of the body,
Cleansing your back let's introduce the affirmation I'm nourished,
I'm loved,
I'm healed,
I'm nourished,
I'm loved,
I'm healed allow those words to become a reality,
Allow those words to be physically felt that you're embraced,
That you are held,
That you are supported as if the whole space around you is a loving,
