Welcome to today's episode of the Frequency Sanctuary.

Before we begin,

Take a gentle breath,

Inhale,

Exhale.

Let your body relax.

Open your heart and close your eyes.

Now imagine this.

You wake up today and everything has fallen away.

Your home,

Your car,

Your relationships,

Your money,

Your career,

Your plans,

Your title,

And your routines.

In your mind's eye,

Picture your hands empty.

Your calendar is clear.

There are no bookings.

There is nothing.

Your mind is quiet.

Every comfort has dissolved.

Every certainty you once had has disappeared.

Everything that you've ever known has released its grip.

You stand here with your breath,

Your awareness,

And your life force.

Pause here for a moment and sit with this energy.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Ask yourself softly,

If I woke up today with nothing,

Who would I be?

How would I move through the day?

What strength would rise from inside me?

Sit with this energy,

Inhale,

Exhale.

This space you are sitting in now carries a name.

It's called the wilderness frequency.

Let's put a pin in the lesson for a moment.

We'll come back next week for the formal teaching.

Today,

Let's just chat about it.

I remember back in 2012,

This YouTuber,

I used to watch her,

Her name is Maya.

And I remember Maya shaving her hair.

She had this long,

Beautiful curly hair.

And I remember one day,

Clicking on her channel,

And she was crying,

And she was shaving her head,

Right?

And so she said that what she was doing was she was starting a journey that she lovingly called Shameless Maya.

And it was a social media experiment of overcoming fear,

Among some other things too.

But it was going to be something where she promoted herself shamelessly,

Right?

Self-promotion for 365 days.

Maya is originally from Canada.

And at the time when she did this,

She was living in New York.

And I remember thinking,

Wow,

How bold and confident she was,

Especially cutting off all of her hair.

When I tell you she cut her hair,

She cut it down to like a fade.

But I love that about her.

And so I was thinking about Maya recently,

Like Maya,

I have my own journey.

No,

I'm not cutting my hair off or anything like that.

I did cut my hair,

But not like that.

My question is,

Who am I?

I think I started asking this question back in 2018.

Maybe sooner.

I really don't remember the exact year.

I do remember seeing Queen Mother in Yelena Van Zandt.

She was,

I think on the Oprah show.

And she was doing an interview about going through this process of self-love and self-remembrance.

And she was talking about who am I,

Asking the question of who am I?

So after seeing that interview with her,

I started my own who am I journey.

And every year I remember more and more of who I am,

Filling back the layers every year.

Who am I?

Who am I?

Right?

Going through the process.

I began deconstructing the conditioning,

Family,

Social,

Religious,

Economic,

All of the conditioning.

And I thought about David and Job from the Bible.

I thought about Joseph from the Bible.

I thought about Shameless Maya,

Mamaia.

I even thought about India Iree in her songs.

I am not my hair in the other song.

I am light.

And so I had already sold,

Donated and thrown away most of my possessions,

My earthly possessions back in 2021.

That's when I left the country.

I left the US and I moved to Mexico and then I traveled the world.

So that was back in 2021 when I went through that process.

And over the last two years,

I've been asking myself,

If I woke up today and I had no relationships,

No home,

No car,

No career,

No money and no title,

Who would I be?

I wondered whether I would still smile and laugh,

Whether I would still pray and meditate.

Would I still be loving and kind to myself and to others?

Would I still have faith,

Hope in dreams?

Would I still have purpose?

Would I still give life meaning?

Who am I?

These questions led me to the wilderness frequency.

I remember watching the TV show Survivor with Goddess Elisa.

She really likes the show.

The setting of the show is in some uninhabited,

Isolated islands in the middle of nowhere.

So the players on the show,

They're very,

Very hungry because there's this whole,

We don't give them food.

They have to win their food or they have to find food on the island,

Right?

It's called Survivor.

So keep that in mind.

So they're in the wilderness,

They're in the middle of nowhere and they're just like,

You know,

Surviving it.

So they have these challenges,

These games that they play and these games come with rewards.

So whoever wins,

They get to pick two other people to go to the reward,

Which is usually like food or something,

Right?

Usually food,

Some kind of treat.

So they had this challenge,

This guy won and he got to choose two other people.

The reward was like all this food and as a part of the food was going to be hamburgers.

So this one lady,

I don't remember her name,

We'll call her Sue.

Sue had already stated that hamburger was her favorite food,

Her favorite meal.

And she had had this meal with her daughter that was their thing.

And so she asked the guy,

Could she go with him on the reward?

He said,

No.

Okay.

He said,

No,

He took two other people.

So sure enough,

They go to the reward,

It's like this whole spread,

They got hamburgers.

So the three people,

They eat until they have the itis,

Okay?

So they come back,

They're all excited and happy.

Their tummies are full.

Nobody ate the hamburger,

Right?

They didn't eat that hamburger.

They wanted something else.

So they're telling the remaining portion of whoever else didn't get to go,

The tribe people,

They're all hungry because they didn't get to eat.

And so the host,

I think his name is Jeff.

He's so messy.

He messy boots.

Okay.

He asked Sue,

So Sue,

What do you think about,

You know,

Not being chosen to go over and have the hamburger?

And you guys,

When I tell you Sue blew up,

She went from zero to a hundred in a matter of seconds.

She was yelling to the top of her lungs and screaming.

You know how when you yell,

Like I don't do well with yelling.

If I start yelling and screaming,

I'll start coughing.

But this lady here,

She was yelling and screaming and carrying on in her eyes.

She just,

She was unhinged.

It was like crazy.

But anyway,

I say that to say,

The point is,

Is that when you're in the wilderness frequency,

You remember who you are.

And like Sue,

The real you comes to the surface.

Okay.

In this frequency,

There are no masks.

There are no external influences to cling to.

There's no external validation and no one to blame.

There is only you.

So over the last two years,

I have asked my higher self these questions,

Even the hard ones.

Who am I?

And she showed me.

We're going to come back next week and we're going to discuss the wilderness frequency and I'll explain it in a formal teaching all about that.

But in the meantime,

I want you to think about the questions that I asked you at the beginning.

And that was,

If you woke up today and everything had fallen away,

You had no home,

No car,

No relationships,

No money,

No job,

No career,

No plans,

No title,

No routines.

Who would you be?

So that's all I have for you today.

Thanks for joining me in the frequency sanctuary.

And until we speak again,

Keep rising,

Keep hopping and be the light.
