Welcome to the Frequency Sanctuary.

I'm Imani Sankofa,

Clarity Coach,

Soul Doula,

And Frequency Guide.

Today we step into part two of the Wilderness Frequency,

A sacred season where life grows quieter on the outside and clearer on the inside.

Today we'll cover how the Wilderness Frequency affects our alignment system,

Clarity,

Stability,

And the choices we make.

But first,

Let's take a deep breath to ground our energy.

Inhale.

Exhale.

The Wilderness Frequency supports your alignment system by promoting simplicity,

Consistency,

And self-trust.

When you take a break from constant stimulation,

Your body naturally resets and finds its rhythm.

Your breathing slows,

Your awareness increases,

And you settle into a calm state that helps you think clearly and stay present.

The Wilderness Frequency also helps you get used to silence,

Uncertainty,

And open space.

You begin to feel safe from within.

As your body adapts to a slower pace,

You build patience,

Focus,

And clear intuition.

This growth supports balanced leadership,

Creativity,

And sound judgment,

Allowing you to act calmly rather than react with urgency.

The Wilderness Frequency also prepares your alignment system for greater responsibility,

Visibility,

And growth.

As you learn to stay present and clear while handling more influence and resources,

Your capacity grows quietly.

What once felt overwhelming starts to feel open and manageable.

When you let go of what you usually rely on,

Your mind recalls moments of discernment,

Resilience,

And follow-through.

You begin to hear your own voice more clearly and notice guidance from your spiritual team.

I remember so many times I was a struggling young mother of two small children,

And I was carrying a lot of love,

Responsibility,

And uncertainty all in the same breath.

I was watching the numbers,

Stretching meals,

And making choices that required discernment far beyond my years and my wisdom at the time.

I remember the quiet moments when resilience was not a concept but a daily practice,

Woven into school mornings,

Late nights,

The steady promise I made to my children and myself.

I remember how discernment began to sharpen inside of me.

I could feel what was aligned and what was not.

I learned to listen beneath the noise of other people's criticism and negative projections.

I learned to listen beneath the fear and beneath the urgency.

I trusted the inner signal that said,

This way.

And I noticed that the times when I didn't listen,

That it came with a price to pay.

So I began to listen more and more to my higher self say,

Or left or right,

Even when I could not yet see the full path.

That trust became my compass.

I remember resilience rising when there was no room to quit.

I mean,

I had two small children,

Two beautiful faces looking back at me and relying on me for answers.

So I had to show up again and again,

Not from force,

But from devotion.

Devotion,

Not only to them,

But to myself as well.

Each step forward built evidence inside of me.

Each follow through intention became proof that I was capable of carrying myself through uncertainty with grace.

And I remember those times when I had done all I could do under my own strength and I just couldn't carry the weight of life anymore.

And I would say things like,

Okay,

God,

It's just you and me now.

And at the time I thought that that wasn't enough,

Right?

I thought that I was speaking from the edge of survival.

But now today,

Having grown,

I see that I was standing at the center of my power.

And in those moments I was tapping into my frequency,

My wilderness frequency,

Where I was opening the channel to my spiritual team.

And I was awakening the God is God within me.

I was never alone,

Even though on the 3D,

It appeared that I was,

But I wasn't.

I had ancestors that were there and waiting to help me.

I had angels that were there waiting to help me.

And in those moments when I would say,

Okay,

God,

It's just you and me now.

Or when I would say,

Please help.

I've done all I can do.

Please help.

At every given moment that I can recall,

I was held,

I was guided,

And I was cared for in ways that unfolded exactly when they were needed.

It was always a ram in the bush.

It was always someone would come through,

Usually a stranger,

Someone I didn't even know.

Most times a person who did not even look like me,

They would help me in those pivotal moments.

And I remember how the right people appeared at the right time.

A conversation,

An opportunity,

A door open just as I was ready to walk through.

Resources flowed when my follow-through met my fate.

Support arrived when my alignment system said yes.

Your alignment system learns to respond with awareness and choice,

Keeping your mind active and supportive.

Over time,

Your body remembers what balance and safety feel like,

Building a strong inner foundation.

You begin to trust yourself more and move forward with clarity.

As you keep practicing,

Your alignment system becomes your ally.

It helps you stay clear under pressure,

Calm as you grow,

And present as you expand.

You carry this balance with you,

Meeting new challenges with confidence and ease.

I have a wilderness frequency reset for you today.

Start by sitting or standing in a way that feels steady and supportive.

Let your shoulders relax and your jaw release as you settle into the present moment.

Take a slow breath in through your nose,

Letting it move down into your belly and ribs.

As you breathe out through your mouth,

Picture your body relaxing like a weight,

Settling into the ground beneath you.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Bring your awareness to your spine and focus on its natural length and support.

Inhale,

Exhale.

With each breath,

Feel a quiet stability growing in your body,

Anchoring you in calm.

Inhale,

Exhale.

You don't need to figure anything out right now.

Just give yourself space to be present.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Take one more deep breath in,

Then exhale slowly.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Now sit with this energy a little longer,

And when you're ready,

Take this sense of grounded clarity with you as you go through your day,

Keeping your alignment system relaxed,

Supported,

And clear.
