In this practice, we'll explore three key reasons to cultivate presence -- 1. presence gives us relief from depression and anxiety, 2. the now is all there really is, and 3. the moment of presence is where all possibility lies—it's the only time and place you have true agency to choose what to think, how to feel, and what to do. Through using our senses to bring us back to the present moment, we recognize the quiet, calm stillness of being here now, where there's no drama, where there's room to breathe, and the ability to just be. Can be used for a quick daily reset or anytime to remember to come back to finding more presence.
