Begin laying down on the floor or on your back.
Have a blanket nearby.
And bring one hand onto your belly and one onto your heart.
Close your eyes and take three big breaths.
Slow breaths,
Big inhale.
Big inhale.
Exhale,
Letting out a noise on the release.
Just do that two more times.
And continuing to stay connected to your breath,
Following that rhythm of your breath.
Continue with the deep,
Deep breaths as long as you feel the breath.
Stay in this position for just a few moments.
Feeling the support of the earth underneath you.
Feeling how held you are.
And how connected and rooted you are.
Connected and rooted you can be into the earth by being held.
Being aware of your own touch on your body,
Your hands,
On your heart,
And your belly.
And see all the support as love,
Unconditional love,
As well as your own touch that through the palms of your hands you're radiating out love down to your toes,
Up to the crown of your head,
All around your magical vessel.
And then,
As you're breathing,
You're releasing all that you no longer need.
You're letting go of the sadness,
The grief.
You're letting it cleanse out through your body.
And as you go through this release,
Just calling in all of your unconditionally loving guides.
And just letting go of all of your unconditional love through these loving guides.
Whatever energy,
Words that resonate with you most,
Just imagine them sitting in circle with you now as you lay on the floor.
And they hold out their hands over your body,
Also sending this unconditional love,
This energy through the palms of their hands.
You're radiating in this huge circle of safety,
Of pure love,
Compassion,
And grace.
And breathing that in.
And if you feel tears,
Sobs coming,
Let it out.
The tears come like an ocean cleansing.
And the sobs,
Let them be as loud as they need.
Also a cleansing when we allow our throat to open up and release.
Breathing.
Just begin to start to move your body.
Whatever music you put on in the background,
Begin to start slowly,
Gently.
Maybe it's just bending your knees and letting your toes dance on the floor or your feet make circles.
If it feels good to keep your hands on your body,
Do so.
But begin to allow your fingertips to just gently move a little bit.
Maybe going over your curves.
Even in this sadness and grief,
Feeling appreciation for your body,
For your vessel,
For yourself.
Gratitude for creating this space to heal.
Begin to allow the movements to ripple through your body.
So if you started with moving your feet,
Maybe your hands are ready to extend out across the floor.
Maybe a little sway of your hips,
Even as you're laying down just like a wriggle,
Just moving your femininity.
Maybe your chest wants to rise up.
Just trust your intuition.
Your body knows what she needs.
Allow her to move you in the way that she knows will be most supportive for you now.
And follow that flow,
Surrender.
And any thoughts that are there,
Just let them go.
Tap back into your breath,
Tune into your breath.
Ride the waves of the music.
And your thoughts are just clouds passing by.
They don't get to take up residence here now.
And breathing.
And follow this rhythm until you begin to move in new ways.
Maybe you find yourself on your belly.
Maybe it brings you up to a kneel.
Maybe you're grabbing your blanket and you're using it to roll around on the floor with.
Maybe tug at.
Maybe you're pulled to a stand and you want to stomp your feet.
Often with the grief and sadness there is mixed in rage and anger,
Maybe your body wants to get louder.
Maybe you want to scream and roar.
If you're in a space where you're not feeling well,
If you're in a space where you can't make that type of noise,
You can yell into a pillow or your blanket.
And maybe you get pulled back down to the earth again.
Trust this,
It can be a dance of rising and falling back down,
Or maybe you never lift up from the floor at all and that's perfectly okay.
Staying connected to your breath.
Stay there as long as you need.
Maybe it is 10 minutes,
20 minutes,
Maybe it's an hour.
Just let yourself breathe,
Move,
Release,
Cleanse.
You'll know,
You'll know when you're done.
And you will most likely feel a little bit lighter and probably exhausted.
So let yourself rest,
Maybe take a bath.
A nap,
Make a soothing cup of tea.
Give yourself space to journal and integrate this powerful movement and healing and gift of breath and movement.
Release that you've gifted yourself this time and space to process your emotions.
And you can repeat this for as many days as you need until you feel like you have fully emptied all that you need to now.
And knowing that you can always come back to the earth and ground and feel that support and call in your unconditionally loving guides,
Always to circle around you and hold you.
Give in to your own self-worth,
To your own self-worth,
To your own self-worth.
And then,
As you continue to surrender and release,
Taking big breaths and coming back to your heart space.
Make you feel a little bit lighter now,
A little bit more joy,
And more open to receive all that the love that you desire to fill the space of your beautiful heart.
And so it is,
Blessed Be.
