I recently met someone who is suffering from fibromyalgia.

She is such a beautiful soul and always spreading kindness and love to everyone,

Even through her pain.

I wanted to do something to help ease her pain and the pain of others,

Even if it is only just for a brief moment.

Her words are inspirational and empathetic,

Encouraging the world to be a kinder,

Softer,

And more loving place.

Meditation and mindfulness are a pain management tool.

It can help us to stay grounded in the present moment,

To make the moment less intense.

It can also be a reminder when we need to create space to engage in the present moment.

It can help to ease the pain and suffering.

It takes practice to keep coming back to your breath in the present moment.

Consider what does your body,

Your mind,

And your spirit need in this moment.

Maybe it's rest,

Or movement,

Or stillness.

Maybe it is patience,

Or healing,

Or love.

Listen to what your body is telling you about your pain,

About your life,

About your awareness in this moment.

I will now take you through a guided meditation.

At the end of the meditation,

You'll hear a soft bell.

It is important to come out of the meditation slowly and to take your time.

There's no rush.

I will be here guiding you through the entire process.

The theme of this meditation is easing pain.

Let us be resilient in mind,

Body,

And spirit.

Awareness is about engaging your attention in the present moment on what you are experiencing without judgment.

Let us center our attention and bring awareness to the present moment.

Let us begin this meditation mindfully as you become mindful of your body,

Mindful of your environment,

And as you maintain a gentle present moment focus.

Start by finding a comfortable position and let us settle into our breath,

Placing your feet flat on the ground with your hands resting comfortably in your lap,

Or if you're seated on a cushion,

Find a comfortable position with your hands resting comfortably in your lap.

If at any point during the meditation the pain becomes too intense,

Adjust,

Stretch,

And mindfully move your body in whatever way it requires.

Closing your eyes if you prefer and become present and relaxed in this moment.

Observe the sensations of the body and notice what you are feeling.

As you become more relaxed,

Notice the chatter of your mind starting to quiet.

When your mind wanders,

Come back to your breath in this present moment,

Being mindful of anything that might be getting in your way and let it go on the next exhale breath.

Breathing in with resilience and exhaling with resilience.

Gently release any tension you notice.

Breathing into the relaxation and exhaling into the relaxation.

Knowing it's okay to have thoughts and when a thought occurs,

Simply notice the thought without judgment and then let it go on the next exhale breath.

Allowing each area of your body to settle into the breath.

Explore the sensations in your body mindfully with resilience and without judgment.

Notice if you're feeling any aches or pains in a specific area.

Any numbness or tingling sensations.

Breathing into the sensation and embracing it.

Exploring the sensations in your body mindfully with resilience and without judgment.

Bring awareness to the pain.

Acknowledge the pain as a message of awareness.

Notice what your body needs in this present moment.

If it feels comfortable to do so,

Hold your hand over the area causing you pain.

If the pain area is too large to cover,

Hold your hand over your heart if you feel comfortable to do so.

Imagine a warm,

Bright light sending healing energy to the pain.

Honor this bright healing energy and allow it to fully embrace your body.

Allow the healing energy to grow brighter and stronger and to flow throughout your body.

Give gratitude to your body and its ability to heal.

When you feel ready to do so,

Return your hands to resting comfortably in your lap.

Breathing into the aches or pains sensation and let it go as you exhale.

Let us practice healing.

Healing in mind,

Healing in body,

And healing in spirit.

Simply engaging your attention in the present moment on what you are experiencing without judgment.

Breathing into this present moment and exhaling into the present moment.

For this meditation,

Let us welcome everything and simply let go of any expectations.

At any point during this meditation,

If your mind starts to wander,

Come back to your breath as an anchor of focus.

Remembering to be kind to yourself.

Explore your pain with curiosity and compassion.

Notice where you feel the pain in your body.

Focus your breath on the pain.

Send love to the pain.

Embrace and honor your pain.

I'll take the next few moments in silence giving you the opportunity to continue to focus your breath as you mindfully maintain a gentle present moment awareness.

I will keep track of the time as we take these moments in silence together.

Quarterly you you you you you you you you you you you keeping your eyes closed as we integrate back from the meditation take as much time as you need to come out of the meditation slowly and mindfully start by wiggling your toes or fingers or any part of your body that feels right for you and when you're ready you can open your eyes thank you for joining me in this meditation and I hope you enjoyed the experience may we honor the resilience,

Healing,

Light,

Love,

Truth,

Beauty and peace in all of us Namaste

Nice voice and i liked the message to love and explore our pain. For me was not my own pain but the pain of a loved one. Thank you very much! 💚
