I teach pregnant women a simple hand placement they can do to help revitalize and support their reproductive system.  We set a focus and intention on exploring transformation into motherhood and releasing resistance to this transformation into motherhood. Relax, and let go of stress and tension in this guided meditation created for pregnant women around the world.  We realign with feelings of strength, courage, confidence, creativity, intuitiveness, fluidity, flexibility, ease, and grace.

Hello and welcome to today's meditation.

In today's meditation,

We will be exploring the concept of transformation.

Transformation into motherhood.

And we will be practicing two JSJ self-care holds that help support this whole idea of transformation but more specifically help our reproductive system.

So these two holds that we will be practicing today help to balance and revitalize all the functions that take place within our reproductive system.

This helps support us physically and emotionally and it also helps support our growing baby inside physically and emotionally as well.

You can be sitting,

Lying down,

Standing.

However you find yourself most comfortable these days,

Go ahead and find that space.

Make your space that you're going to be in for the next few minutes.

Put a pillow between your legs or a cushion behind your lower back.

Just giving you a little extra comfort.

And we will go ahead and find our first position.

So how we get into this position is we take our right hand and we place it on top of our left wrist and curl our right fingertips under so that your right fingertips are resting on the underneath part of your wrist area.

And see that your right palm is resting over that left wrist bone.

That good old pointy wrist bone.

So for most people the palm is going to cover a larger area and not just that bone.

And this is our safety energy lock 17.

So find yourself wherever you are in space and time today and bring your awareness to your exhalation.

Let's find one nice full and complete exhalation as we begin today's meditation.

Receive a nice breath in and exhale.

Fully and completely.

Allow that exhalation to feel good so that your exhale is signaling to your body.

I am safe.

I'm in a safe place to relax and rest.

Just one more.

And now if you're comfortable go ahead and close your eyes.

Find another exhale when you're ready and simply turn around.

You can visually imagine yourself turning around or you can just experience what that might feel like.

Just turn inward to our internal world.

Turning inward to our spirit,

To our soul,

To our inner world.

Whatever you will label it or call it.

This inner world your baby is so much a part of.

So this practice is also for baby.

Welcome baby into this moment.

Welcome him or her into this space that you're in today.

Welcome them into your breath.

And now just follow along with my words.

When you hear me say the word now I want you to imagine a switch flipping in this internal world,

In the center of your internal world.

I disentangle from any resistance that I may feel in transforming into motherhood and I reintegrate now.

I realign with accepting and allowing this transformation.

Realign now.

I realign with feelings of fluidity and flexibility.

I realign now.

I disentangle from any physical resistance I may feel.

This may be resistance to the bodily changes.

This may be resistance to pain or discomfort that is felt periodically or maybe consistently through pregnancy.

So I disentangle from any physical resistance I feel and I reintegrate now.

I realign with allowing and accepting all these physical changes to take place and I reintegrate now.

I realign with flexibility and strength.

I realign now.

I disentangle from any resistance I feel mentally in regards to transforming into motherhood.

Maybe you are just stuck somewhere.

Anything that your thoughts might be resistant to.

There could be hundreds.

So I disentangle from any mental resistance I have towards this transformation into motherhood and I reintegrate now.

I realign with allowing and accepting my mind to transform along with my body and I reintegrate now.

I realign with my intuitive nature.

I realign with the creative aspect of my being and let my intuition and creativity bubble up and spark and overtake my mental thoughts and I reintegrate now.

I realign with ease and grace in my mental space and I realign now.

I realign with feelings of acceptance and allowance and I reintegrate now.

I disentangle from any mental resistance that I may be experiencing and I reintegrate now.

I realign this mental space with focusing on ideas and thoughts that are going to support my transformation into motherhood and I realign now.

I realign with mental clarity and I realign now.

I realign with my intuition and creativity and I reintegrate now.

I realign with ease and grace as I move through this process and I realign now and exhale fully and completely.

I disentangle from any emotional resistance I might feel and I reintegrate now.

Mental resistance in regards to transformation into motherhood could be many things.

Once again,

It could be current relationships.

It could be your past,

Past traumas playing in.

It could be other labels such as anxiety or depression,

Emotionally pulling you and all types of different directions.

So,

I disentangle from any emotional resistance I feel in regards to transformation into motherhood and I reintegrate now.

I realign with trust now.

I realign with allowing and accepting my heart and my emotional space to connect with trust and I reintegrate now.

I realign with trusting that my emotional state is going to transform and develop with me and I reintegrate now.

I realign with feelings of fluidity,

Flexibility,

Ease and grace and I realign now.

I disentangle from any emotional resistance I may feel in regards to transforming into motherhood and I reintegrate now.

I realign with feelings of courage,

Feelings of confidence and feelings of ease and grace for myself and my baby and I reintegrate now.

I realign with all the feelings that will support my transformation such as fluidity,

Flexibility,

Trust,

Courage,

Creativity,

Intuition,

Ease and grace and I realign now and I breathe out.

And now I put all of these things together.

I disentangle from any physical,

Mental or emotional resistance that I may be feeling and I reintegrate now.

I realign with feelings of inner strength,

Inner wisdom,

My intuition and my creative power.

I realign with wholeness and infinite self and I realign now.

And now it's time to gently shift your hold.

We're going to move our right hand to our left ring finger.

So you'll want to just wrap your right fingers around your left ring finger in any comfortable way.

There's no one correct way when we practice finger holds with JSJ.

So you'll just want to lightly grasp your left ring finger and then go ahead and relax your hands.

Relax your fingers.

Wiggle back into a comfortable position.

I disentangle from any residual resistance I may be feeling and I reintegrate now.

I realign with feelings of fluidity and flexibility as I navigate through these waters of transformation into motherhood and I reintegrate now.

I realign with ease,

Grace,

Trust and strength and I realign now.

And exhale fully and completely.

I'm going to be quiet for just a minute so that you can connect with all your thoughts.

You can connect with baby.

Just give you some time for this process to integrate within your whole being.

Focus on your breath and just simply relaxing.

We'll be there.

I encourage you to stretch and wiggle and do anything that feels good to your body right now as you welcome your physical body back into this space that you're in.

Blink your eyes open if they've been closed.

Hands and feet to help you come back into your body beyond stretch or maybe even cry or scream.

Do whatever you need to do to just come back into this moment.

And I thank you so much for practicing with me today.

I invite you to come back to this meditation over and over again.

During this whole process of transformation.
