Thank you for joining me in today's meditation.

I've been absent from recording new meditations for a couple of months,

So it feels really good to be back.

And I just feel like I'm having a fresh start,

Which is exactly what I needed.

And just to give you a bit of a heads up about a change that I'm making,

Is that I will not be editing out background noises anymore.

So unless it's something terribly disruptive,

But if it's just some car traffic or some kids playing,

I just am having this very strong urge to create realistic meditations.

And for me,

In my life,

Eliminating all background noise when it comes to meditation,

For me,

Just isn't realistic.

Our house is full of life,

And we live on a busy street,

And there's just so many things always happening around me,

And I really do want to convey the message to other mamas out there that we do not have to have a perfect environment to meditate in.

So,

We will get started with today's meditation.

Take a deep breath and just settle in.

Find yourself in a comfortable position.

You can be laying down or sitting.

It does not matter for today's meditation.

One of the focuses for this particular JSJ self-care hold is to release tension headaches and to relieve stress and tension within the body.

And it also helps balance our emotions,

Which also ties into relieving stress and helps us to regulate all these emotions that we have during pregnancy.

It can be so much.

So let's.

.

.

So let's find our first position.

So,

We take our right hand,

And we put it on the back of our neck,

On the right side.

So let's take our right fingertips and put them on the back of our neck so that our right fingertips are to the right of our spine.

And if you poke around back here,

You'll more than likely feel a tight spot.

This is where safety energy lock 12 is.

And wherever you feel that tight spot on the back of your neck on the right side,

Leave your right fingertips here.

You don't need to push.

Just rest your hands here.

And then we take our left hand and we place our fingertips on our forehead,

On the left side.

So take your left hand and take your left fingertips and put your fingertips in the middle of your forehead on the left side,

Right between our left eye and our hairline.

And take a nice breath out and settle into this position.

Breathe out.

You relax in this moment by bringing awareness to our exhalation.

This is a special time you have given yourself and your baby and no one else.

And now we're going to take our left hand and we're going to take our right hand and we're going to take our left hand and I'm taking one last breath as we akalate.

Boom,

Holy,

Holy?

" Breathe all the way to where we are now,

All the way to where we have given yourself and your baby and our bodies consistently and continually.

We don't understand the complexities of this process,

But here we are asked to trust in the process,

Which can be difficult and challenging at times.

So we practice now in this moment.

We start by trusting the process of our exhalation.

Knowing that by bringing attention and awareness to my exhalation,

This allows my body and my lungs to receive the inhale without any effort,

Without tension,

Without trying too hard.

We can simply inhale,

And then we put a guided focus on our exhale.

And then we put a guided focus on our exhale.

And now follow along with my words as you relax into the space that you're in.

Put your focus on the word now,

When you hear me say the word now,

And just let your body shift.

Allow that word now to allow a release within your body and mind.

I disentangle from my thoughts,

And I reintegrate now.

I realign with watching my thoughts pass as I continuously bring my awareness back to my out breath.

I know that breath is what sustains my life and my baby's life.

So I practice allowing my mind to focus on my breath,

To thank my breath for sustaining both of our lives.

I can exhale quickly,

Or I can exhale slowly.

I can now sense my breath a little bit more than when I started.

Maybe I sense a restriction,

Or maybe I experience a release,

But whatever it may be,

I just watch it.

I observe the breath as I slowly exhale.

I feel the breath slowly as I watch it.

I observe the breath in my mind as I take another full and deep exhalation.

I now invite you to move your left hand.

Keep your right fingertips where they are,

But then move your left fingertips so that they're resting on your tailbone.

If you're a new listener,

You just rest your hands on top of your clothes.

So for me,

I'm just tucking my hand right under my seat and letting my fingertips rest right at the tip of my tailbone,

Right at the end of your spine.

Breathe out and relax into this new position.

What do you notice,

If anything,

And what do you feel,

If anything?

Breathe and relax in this position as you follow my words.

I am fluid.

My body and mind are flexible.

The feminine energy that returns to me is the energy that I feel.

I feel the energy that I feel.

I feel the energy that I feel.

The feminine energy that resides in me provides this fluidity and flexibility.

Even if I don't necessarily physically feel it,

I know it's there.

And I can become a part of this fluidity and flexibility when I tune into my exhalation and allow my physical body to relax and become aware of this feminine side of myself.

Breathe out.

Breathe out.

I am a champion.

I am not a victim of my circumstances.

Instead,

I am the champion and the victor of every circumstance that I am surrounded by.

I choose to focus on the positive things in life because I know it's beneficial for me and my baby.

I focus on practicing everything that is going to help me prepare for labor,

Birth,

And motherhood.

I am going to practice the things that make me feel strong mentally and physically without overdoing it or pushing myself too hard.

Right now,

I am aware of the power of my breath and of my body.

And notice that this power has come during a time of relaxation.

I know that my body and mind do their best work when I am centered,

Relaxed,

Yet focused on my breath and my inner spirit,

The warrior,

The feminine champion that is within all of us.

Right now,

I am learning how to relax in this infinite and gentle power.

When I feel myself trying too hard during the day to get things done or trying too hard to solve a problem or even trying too hard not to feel a certain way,

I can come back to my exhale.

I can come back to the power of the gentleness of my feminine spirit and the gentleness of this life.

With ease and grace,

My baby is growing minute by minute and hour by hour.

My baby is being created peacefully,

Wonderfully,

Almost magically.

When I rest,

I allow my body to rest.

I allow my body to rest.

I allow my body to rest.

I allow my body to rest.

When I rest,

I allow my body to rest.

And when my body rests,

It allows for healing,

For abundance,

And for connection with my soul and this little soul growing inside of me.

I am proud of myself for taking this time of nourishment to fill my soul with the calmness and gentleness that meditation and JSJ can provide.

And I know with practice,

I will feel the benefits quicker,

And I will become more aware and in tune with my breath every time I practice.

As you let those words sink in,

I invite you to take three breaths on your own,

Counting your exhalations.

And I'll give you some time to do that now.

Thank you for relaxing and practicing this meditation with me today.

I hope you're able to bring some of these peaceful feelings into the rest of your day.

Wishing blessings to you and your baby.
