From Heartbreak To Global Transformation
by Hema Vyas
In this profound talk, explore how the heart functions as a primordial intelligence, an innate source of wisdom ready to reclaim its central role in human evolution. Discover why heartbreak can act as a mirror, revealing and releasing accumulated density, conditioned patterns, and limiting illusions. When these dissolve, energy and information are able to flow freely once more through an open, “vertical” heart space. This session offers insight into how attuning to the heart can transmute pain into wisdom, cultivate authentic and embodied leadership, dissolve the illusion of separation, and support both personal transformation and collective awakening toward a more connected, benevolent world.

So what is impossible for most is absolutely possible for the person whose time it is to achieve something.
And I would say that we're at a place where it is time for the heart to really,
Really step into its real role,
Which is to elevate humanity,
To lift our spirits,
To lift away the density,
To lift away a lot of old patterns and old ways of thinking,
Feeling and believing that no longer serves humanity,
That no longer serves this planet,
That no longer serves every living organism.
And for many,
Many years,
For many centuries,
The heart has been relegated.
There was a time in our history where people understood the power and the potential of the heart,
But it was not something that was ever really,
Truly examined in a scientific sense.
And ever since science has become so dominant,
The brain,
Which was so much easier to study to examine,
Became very dominant.
And the heart was pretty much relegated to being this muscle,
This pump that pumps blood oxygen through our bodies.
And of course,
It served a very important purpose,
But it was very functional,
Very mechanistic.
And that is changing and it's been changing for many,
Many years now.
But it's only now that science is also beginning to recognise the power and the potential of the heart.
It's only now that we have the imagination and the people who are willing to look at it,
Because ultimately,
If we look at the world as being something that is quite robotic,
That it is quite habitual and it's about habits and how we set things up and how we behave and everything is cause and effect in a very deterministic way,
Then the brain kind of is the answer.
But when we begin to look at the world that we're living in and begin to see our purpose is really,
Really spiritual,
When we begin to embrace and embody our spiritual nature,
Then the heart has so much more to offer.
And that is why it is the time that we really,
Really step into really understanding the heart.
And I think that science will catch up,
But we have to start with our own imagination.
We have to start with our own intuition.
We have to start with our own experiences and what we feel as opposed to what we believe.
We need to step into what we know as opposed to what we think,
Because the heart essentially feels it is primordial intelligence.
It is primordial wisdom.
But that wisdom has to be something that we embody as a result of clearing a lot of debris,
A lot of density that we have accumulated as human beings over many,
Many centuries,
Where we lived in such a way that we were so dependent on our thoughts and our perception of the external world,
As opposed to our feeling and our internal realities,
Which are so much deeper and give us insights into the intangible,
Give us insights into the invisible,
Give us insights into that which we may not yet know,
But can become a knowingness.
The more we feel into it,
The more we trust it,
The more we embody the truth that exists within all of us.
That truth is and has always been there,
But we've never really,
Really been able to tune into it for as long as we've separated spirit and science,
For as long as we need science to prove the experience of spirit,
For as long as we need science to prove things like intuition,
To be able to prove precognition,
To be able to prove that there is a truth and symbolism that arises out of our dreams.
For as long as we rely on factual,
Empirical evidence,
We're limiting ourselves.
And I feel that we're at a place where we need not to limit ourselves and trust that the more we are tuning into what we truly,
Truly believe on a deeper level,
On an intuitive level,
We can convert that truth into wisdom.
And that wisdom is what's going to shape the future.
It's going to shape how science begins to look at it,
What science looks at and how it can ultimately begin to catch up with what ancient and spiritual traditions have known from the beginning of time.
Where did that information intelligence come from?
From my perspective,
When we look at it through the lens of history,
Look at it through the lens of traditional wisdom,
When we look at it through the lens of Hinduism specifically,
Then it comes down to consciousness being energy and information.
And there was a time when energy and information was able to flow through our bodies quite freely and therefore intuition was something that came naturally.
Telepathy came naturally.
Precognition came naturally.
Being able to determine and sense the future,
Being able to really,
Really clear the past and not get hung up on old patterns and old thoughts.
It came easily because our consciousness was at such a stage that energy and information could flow through our bodies.
So we recognize that while we perceive the world with our senses,
While we hear,
See,
Smell,
Taste,
Feel,
Touch,
That's how we experience a world.
That's how we know that something is real.
That's how we know when we touch something that it feels real.
When we taste something,
We have these human experiences.
When we see,
We believe what we see.
When we hear,
We believe what we hear.
Our senses was our way of connecting with the external world.
But when energy and information was flowing freely through our bodies,
Unhindered by a lot of what I call the density that has built up in humanity,
Individually and collectively,
Then that flow was able to help us not only perceive the external world,
But we could actually perceive the internal world through the lens of the heart.
And it was just a knowingness.
It was something that we just knew,
We just intuited,
And we didn't necessarily question it because there was nothing at the time to say,
Well,
How can you prove that?
And,
You know,
How do we know that it's true?
When you believe something and then experience shows us it's true,
Then,
Of course,
It validates what we believe and we can believe even more strongly that something is true.
And so when we had an intuitive feeling about something and what we then experienced became reality,
We could validate it as going,
My intuition was correct and I was writing what I thought,
What I felt.
But over time,
I would say that we have experienced so many things that have got stuck in our DNA.
As humanity,
Both individually,
What we experience from the moment we come into the world and grow up,
But also what we've experienced through our ancestors,
What we've experienced through our parents and their parents and our ancestors,
What we've experienced as society culturally,
All of these things are open to interpretation.
And so while I would say that the heart has always known the truth and there's always a spiritual reason,
A purposeful reason that nothing happens that is not meant to happen and everything that happens is there for our highest good and everything is there to really evolve us and help us to evolve,
The mind has got in the way and where we've become overly dependent on the mind,
Overly dependent on our thoughts and our beliefs,
What's happened is that the mind has begun to interpret data that flows through us as energy and information and where data has become misconstrued,
Where we've distorted the field,
Basically,
Where we've had experiences and we think something is true,
But the heart knows that it's not true.
But yet we've held on to it.
It creates what I call density in the body.
It creates density in the hearts.
And again,
You know,
This is something I believe that science will begin to prove in time to come.
But I feel that the heart was never meant to be the shape that it is.
I believe that the heart was always meant to be open,
Where the energy could flow vertically.
And what's happened is the more density and the more vulnerable we've become and the more afraid we've become of our vulnerabilities,
The more afraid we've become of life and the more we've lived from a place of our lower chakras.
So in Hindu terms,
We have these chakra centers.
And so there are the three,
The root,
The sacral and the solar plexus.
And then there is a heart chakra.
And then we have the throat,
The third eye and the crown chakra.
So three lower,
Three higher and the heart is in the middle.
And so where we've been living from the lower chakras,
Really life has been about survival.
Life has been about a sense of belonging.
Life has been about manifesting through willpower,
Imposing our will on the world to create what we want.
And those are all important aspects of living.
But eventually we had to grow out of it.
And what happened is where we got stuck in living from those places and spaces within us,
Where we were caught up in the need for security,
The need for stability,
The need to have a sense of belonging to the need to have another,
To be in relationship to others,
The need to manifest through our willpower,
To exert our will onto into the world,
The more we shut down the upper chakras,
The more we shut down the heart chakra.
And as the heart chakra,
As the force field around the heart became caught up in this fear and this need to survive,
The more it curled up.
And as it curled up over time,
This is something that evolution has created,
Where the heart has created the shape we now see,
Experience the heart to be.
And what really needs to happen for transformation on a global level is that that heart has to unfurl.
It has to uncurl,
Unwind and open up and become this vertical space that energy can begin to flow so that energy can flow from the lower chakras,
Our sense of identity coming from the sense of stability and security that comes from this sense of belonging,
Being connected to others and being able to express our will through the world,
Through the physical world.
The more we are able to move through that and into a space of trusting,
Into a space of free will that comes from knowing that when we're truly,
Truly connected to our hearts,
We don't need to worry about our sense of stability and security.
It comes from a deep wisdom,
A deep sense of knowingness.
We don't need to have a sense of belonging because we recognise that we genuinely are connected to each and every living organism.
And we are definitely very connected to those who are in our field of experience and influence.
And so we don't need to be something or to be a certain way to show up in a way that others need us to be.
The more we can be our true,
Authentic self to live from that heart space,
The more we recognise that the lower aspects of our consciousness can begin to flow and it can flow with wisdom,
With knowingness,
With intuition,
With telepathy,
Where there's no need for words.
We can communicate simply by being in each other's space,
Just by thinking about that person,
Connecting with that person from a heart space.
And there's a deeper,
Deeper sense of belonging and a deeper sense of knowing that we can manifest not what we want because our mind tells us that's what we need,
But to manifest from a space and place of knowing who we really are,
Why we're here and what our purpose is in order to be able to manifest the joy,
The love and the abundance that we're seeking in the world.
So it's no longer about will and force.
It becomes about allowing,
Surrender,
Trust.
It becomes about grace rather than the need to be in a space and place of exerting.
It no longer is about the pressure.
It's no longer about the effort.
It becomes about the flow.
It becomes about the grace and this deep,
Deep sense of divinity as we release the density that exists within our hearts.
Because when energy can flow again,
We begin to recognize that we all have the ability to experience the past and the future in this present moment with such clarity,
With such wisdom that all our old interpretations that kept the field distorted somehow begins to disappear.
And we begin to release and dissolve a lot of the density by really,
Really tuning into the heart and understanding specifically heartbreak and why that is so,
So important.
When we understand specifically that we were never meant to just live from this space of the lower chakras,
We were always meant to raise our consciousness as we grow.
And as we raise our consciousness to step into a much,
Much more expansive state of consciousness that allows for a much more expansive interpretation of the world we're living in and a connection to a spiritual wisdom,
A spiritual reality that really is the purpose of why we're here.
And all other things that arise out of our spiritual purpose ultimately leads us to a level of contentment that we can never really know if we are so caught up in the physical world and the physical realities of needing to survive and thinking that we need X,
Y and Z in order to survive,
Which is where a lot of humanity has got stuck.
So what does heartbreak have to do with it and how does it tie in with global transformation?
And it's what I'd like to explore next.
So heartbreak ultimately is the heart's way of helping us to recognise where there is an old pattern that has created density over time,
That has forced the heart to curl up in order to protect the truth that exists within,
Because at the centre of the spiritual heart is pure gold.
The part of us that in Hinduism,
When Krishna was talking to Arjuna in the Mahabharata,
The great battle,
What he said was,
You know,
That we can get caught up in fear around what we're perceiving.
Arjuna was in a space where he had to battle with his family members and that was really challenging for him because it was a battle that he not only had to confront in the outside world,
But a battle he had to confront within.
And one of the deepest truths that I feel we need to really,
Really connect with and embody is that the self is indestructible.
And that is what Arjuna heard from Krishna,
That it is indestructible and nothing can destroy it like pure gold.
And why is that important?
Because all the things that we think are going to break us,
All the experiences,
All the pain that we try to avoid because it's too much for us,
Because we're afraid that we're not going to survive if we go to that pain,
Is really the pain we need to go to in order to discover that truth that exists within us,
That pure gold,
In order to alchemise our distorted thoughts,
Feelings and beliefs,
Where our mind has interpreted experiences to be painful,
To be negative,
To be hurtful,
To be something that could break us.
That's where we've got stuck with that feeling,
That thought,
That belief.
That is where we need to go back to in order to genuinely heal so that our energy field can become powerful,
So that our energy field can begin to connect genuinely with others,
Not through trying,
Not through mimicking,
Not through homogeny,
Not through trying to all be like each other,
But through our uniqueness.
And only when we recognise that those heart-breaking experiences where we've held on to pain,
Where we've pushed it aside,
Categorised it as something,
A place we don't want to revisit,
We don't need to go there,
Why bring up the past,
Which is something I hear again and again.
But it's exactly where we need to go.
And the truth is that it's not about spending years in therapy in order to get to the heart of it.
It's about the willingness to recognise it.
Everything we've ever experienced ultimately will not kill us.
Ultimately,
When we go to that pain,
When we go to that heartache,
When we go to that heartbreak,
When we confront the disappointments,
That actually there is a deeper truth,
A wisdom that is waiting for us to be uncovered.
And when we have that understanding,
Then we begin to see the world differently.
We begin to see our experiences differently.
We don't always get to what the wisdom is straight away.
So it may take time for us to really,
Really sit with it.
But the heart will guide us.
When we sit with a genuine open feeling of there is a deeper truth here,
When we have that intention of connecting to a deeper truth,
When we have that intention to heal something that has been so deeply embedded,
We think it's a truth,
But it's not.
It's just an experience that has never really been examined.
And we haven't really got to the truth of it.
And when we get to the truth,
It opens something up that is magical.
It creates a magical life that I think is what humanity is really,
Really looking for.
I believe humanity is looking for something so much more than just experiencing the constant pendulum effect of the ups and downs of life,
Where we're constantly going around in circles,
Where sometimes life is good and we're happy,
And sometimes it's bad and we're discontent.
And then we look for a high,
Something that's going to make us feel happy again.
And then,
Of course,
That's always met with some level of disappointment.
And so we're feeling despondent again,
Or whatever the experiences might be.
There's a whole range of emotions,
As we all know.
But only when we are able to really look at ourselves and examine our lives and examine the purpose of our lives through the lens of understanding that it's for our highest good.
And somewhere along the line,
We've misunderstood something.
We've misrepresented something.
We've mislabeled it.
We've miscategorized it.
We've put it away,
Whether we've done it ourselves or whether it's been done through,
As I've said before,
The ancestors,
Whether it's been done through our societies,
Our culture,
Our systems that have been set up to make us believe certain things.
Wherever it comes from,
Only when we have that ability to go,
Actually,
I'm sure there is a higher purpose behind this,
That is when we are going to be able to sit with the pain.
And only when we're able to sit with the pain are we going to be able to transmute and transform that energy so that it becomes an energy that actually allows us to evolve,
Energy that allows us to find that balance,
That harmony that exists within us,
Where we experience a deep,
Deep sense of contentment,
No matter what's going on,
Where there are ups and downs in life,
Because that will always be the case.
But we have a deep sense of connection to ourselves to such an extent that the outside world doesn't shake us.
In leadership terms,
You can think of it as authenticity.
You can think of it as resilience.
You can think of it as intelligence.
But the truth is that it all comes down to one thing,
Which is really,
Really knowing who you are and being able to release all that you are not in order to know who you are,
Because that is really the truth of who you are as a human being with purpose,
With passion.
And that is the part of you that is going to experience prosperity that is not dependent on physical,
Material things,
But prosperity that comes from a deep trust that everything is exactly as it needs to be.
And that is what makes us ultimately really,
Truly resilient.
That is what makes us truly intelligent,
Truly wise.
And that is what makes us able to experience the world as a place that is joyful,
That is loving,
That is benevolent,
That is beautiful,
And that is conscious.
And I think that ultimately that's what we're all aiming for.
With all the doing that we're doing,
Ultimately it's about being who we really are here to be and to experience life as a beautiful flow,
To be able to experience the beauty that life has to offer,
Very much like nature where,
Of course,
Like the seasons,
The trees may lose their leaves in the autumn,
Winter,
And then like clockwork,
Of course,
It's spring and summer,
They return back to full bloom.
So loss is never permanent and loss is essential.
It's necessary as is heartache and heartbreak in order for us to really,
Truly understand that there are spaces and places within us that need to be examined and we cannot shut off from what the heart is trying to show us.
We cannot shut off from the wisdom of the heart.
Right now,
For many people,
It may simply be a whisper,
But nevertheless,
The heart is always communicating and that communication needs to really be honoured and that communication needs to be understood and interpreted in a way that helps make our lives more meaningful and helps make our lives more joyful and more prosperous.
So what is this communication from the heart?
I would say it's a mirror and magnet and I'm going to really explain,
I've touched on it before,
But I really want to go into it with a little bit more depth.
What does it mean that the heart mirrors?
So really,
The heart is always communicating what is for our highest good.
And so anything that happens,
Any person,
Any experience,
Any physical experience that we have in the world,
Any experience we have with people,
Any experience we have with a group of people,
Any experience we have with our loved ones,
It is all highlighting where there is flow and there is beauty,
But it also highlights where there is not flow,
Where the energy and information is not flowing as freely and as beautifully as it can because somewhere there is something that is stuck that has created this density that is blocking us from understanding our divine nature.
And so the mirror is basically where the heart,
Whether we intend it or not,
Will constantly bring experiences sometimes that very much go against what we consciously want because we can think,
Well,
You know,
I really want people who are trustworthy and we keep coming across people who are not trustworthy.
Why is that?
Because somewhere in our hearts we have had an experience held in space and time where that energy of not trusting has become crystallized,
Whether it's through our own experiences,
Whether it's something that we've experienced,
You know,
Historically somewhere.
Obviously,
The more compounded it's been,
The more deeper the heartbreak and the heartache and the more likely it is you're going to keep on experiencing it.
We are living at a time in humanity where these changes are inevitable and that is why it feels like life is sometimes more difficult for a lot of people because all at once we're being confronted with a lot of historical energy,
A lot of stuff that over time has become very crystallized in our hearts that need to decrystallize,
That need to become unfrozen,
That need to dissolve and need to be turned into wisdom.
And so your heart will act as a mirror no matter how much positive affirmation you put out there,
How much positive thought you put out there of,
You know,
I want trustworthy people,
I want trustworthy people.
And,
Of course,
We know that the more we want something,
The more we feel separate from it.
And because of this feeling of separation from what we really want,
We keep on experiencing the very thing we don't want.
So what is this separation?
That is a space in our hearts where density has been created,
So it is blocking you from the truth and,
Therefore,
It creates an illusion of separation.
So,
Of course,
There is nothing but trust showing up in your life.
And the trust is that there's a reason why these untrustworthy people keep showing up because they're there to show us where there is a heartache and a heartbreak that has crystallized.
And the beauty of dealing with all of this right now,
The beauty of really understanding the heart wisdom now and understanding the intelligence of the heart is that right now we're at a time and space where we can move through things very,
Very quickly because there is a deep collective intention to break through these barriers.
And it is a deep,
Deep intention for humanity to evolve.
And where does that intention come from?
I would say the universe,
The divinity,
Spirit,
Whatever you want to call it.
It doesn't really matter.
There is a deep intention that is embedded through the universe,
Through spirit,
Through the wisdom that exists deep within your heart where the truth is to say that now is the time to deal with it.
Now,
More than ever,
It's going to be so easy to heal because it is what is wanted and it is what is needed.
And when we get through the illusion of separation,
It just happens organically.
So how do we break through that illusion?
It is simply about the quality of the emotions that you place in your heart.
And so when your heart is in a state of fear,
It will keep on attracting the same experiences,
But the fear will keep you stuck in thinking and believing that it's true.
The experience is true that you cannot trust the world.
You cannot trust people,
For example.
But when we step into a space and place of love,
When we step into a space and place of,
For example,
Gratitude,
Thank you for coming into my life to show me where there is heartbreak,
Where I do need to sit with this heartbreak and not let it consume me,
Not let my mind wander,
Not let my mind control the situation where it's been so dominant,
We have all habitually become accustomed to using our brain,
To use our logic,
To use the part of us that tells us this is what's true and this is what's happening.
Whereas when we have the ability to sit in silence,
Which is why meditation is so,
So important,
To sit in silence and to listen to the heart,
Not to let your mind control what you think about and how you spend your time meditating,
But to actually step into your heart space and just listen,
Listen knowing that what if what I'm saying is true?
What if there is a part of us that knows the truth,
That we've misunderstood something,
That we've mislabeled it,
Therefore,
You know,
All we need to do is sit and be open to the truth,
To sit in a space and place of love and gratitude,
Gratitude for what's showing up,
For how the heart is mirroring back to us,
Where we need to heal,
Where we need to grow,
Where we need to evolve somehow and to allow that mirror to become a teaching point.
It's not that it's teaching us a lesson.
It's not karma.
It's not because we've done something bad that this bad thing is happening.
That's how people often view karma,
A Hindu word meaning,
You know,
What we've done is what we experience and so,
You know,
The cause and effect.
But that's really very,
Very reductionist.
The truth is karma is whatever you have not fully embodied,
Whatever you have not fully experienced and got to the truth and got to wisdom will keep showing up in your life because that is the energy that needs to be transmuted.
That is the energy that needs to be transformed.
In very simple terms,
It is simply about transformation that is necessary and when we recognize that and are able to sit with ourselves,
With our pain,
With our heartache,
With our heartbreak,
We are then going to be able to dissolve that mirror and as the mirror dissolves,
The mirrors are what we have no control over.
The mirrors are what's already held in our hearts and therefore it will show up no matter how we try to avoid it.
There's a beautiful story where in a village a man was told,
You know,
Death is coming for you and the man was like,
I'm not ready for death.
I'm just going to run away and escape so death can't find me.
So,
Of course,
He goes off to the next village thinking he can hide there and there he's met with death and the man says,
You know,
But it's not my time.
He said,
No,
Your time was going to come soon and I was going to find you but,
Hey,
You've saved me the trouble.
I found you here.
And the truth of that story is really understanding we cannot avoid what is inevitable and I would say that that is heartache and heartbreak.
We cannot avoid really being able to go there.
We can avoid it for as long as we want.
Eventually it will keep coming back to us until we are able to really truly sit with it and sit with it in such a way that we allow a deeper,
More spiritual truth to come through.
And that is why spirit is so important.
That is why it's so important for us to understand that,
You know,
What gives us life,
What animates our physical being,
What animates the part of us that lives as opposed to that doesn't live.
And it is spirit.
It is the breath of life that actually allows us to flow with energy and information and it is the breath of life that gets stuck and that is why breathing is so important.
That is why really tuning into our heart with an elevated emotion is so important.
That is why understanding the power of the heart is so important because actually when we realize that these mirrors of what we keep experiencing,
The patterns that we really need to heal,
They're there to help us to be a better version of ourselves,
To find that sense of joy,
That sense of purpose,
That sense of who we really are,
That sense of prosperity that comes from knowing who we really are and why we're here.
And so life is set up beautifully and it is complex and when I say it's easy,
I don't mean to say that it's easy in the sense that it's no trouble.
I mean easy in the sense that it's simple.
But of course the journey itself is not always easy.
The journey can bring up a lot of pain.
It can bring up a lot of trauma.
It can bring up a lot of heartache,
A lot of heartbreak.
But when we do it with a pure intention and that intention is clear,
We will get through it a lot quicker.
And that is the purpose of really,
Really exploring the heart and understanding it,
Not relegating it,
Understanding emotions.
All of our emotions need to be experienced and expressed and expressed in a healthy way.
That doesn't mean to say that if we're angry we should express it.
It means that we need to understand our anger.
What is the truth behind our anger and what is the mistruth?
What is it that we've not understood?
What is it we've mislabeled?
What is it we've judged?
What is it that where there is density that that anger has become so pronounced?
And when we really find a healthy way of expressing it and getting to the truth,
We understand that actually no one is really negative in any way or shape or form or no experience is ultimately negative.
It's how we've interpreted it and it's up to us to get to the truth.
And that truth resides within our hearts.
So we have the answers that we need within us.
And those answers are simple and yet complex,
As we all are.
We are so simple as human beings,
Energy and information flowing,
And we have a purpose and we have a blueprint of why we are here.
But it's complex because there are so many paths to get there and there's so many ways we can get to the truth.
And we may need to go through many,
Many experiences of heartaches and heartbreaks in order to get there.
But the truth is that humanity has reached a boiling point where too much heartache,
Too much heartbreak has been suppressed and repressed and crystallized.
And the reason why this is such an important topic for me is because unless we start really dealing with it in a healthy way,
Not from a place where we have to spend years and years,
But from a place of pure intention that breaks through all the resistance to get to the heart of it and to really,
Really heal,
Then humanity is going to really,
Really struggle.
And I don't believe that that's where we're going.
I believe that humanity is waking up and it's ready to really,
Really step into its power as a collective group,
But also individually,
Uniquely.
I feel people are ready to heal on a much deeper level.
And understanding the heart is at the beginning of being able to bring about that shift to break through the illusions,
Which is,
You know,
In Hinduism,
It's like all of life is about that.
All of life is this beautiful Maya,
This illusion,
This dream that we've all concocted and we all share in some of it and we all have our own unique experiences and we have shared experiences where there is no past or future.
There is only the present.
And I believe that we are here to break through these illusions.
And the starting point is to step out of our minds,
Step out of overthinking,
Step out of trying to be logical and reason and deduce and work out and put force into the world and begin to flow,
To use our intuition,
Our wisdom,
To use our ability to have a deep knowingness,
Not knowing where it comes from,
But trusting that unique knowingness that is going to guide us to heal the deeper parts of us.
And how that relates to leadership,
I would say that humanity's got lost because of this over-attachment to the need for security and stability and this sense of belonging and this deep sense of imposing our will on others.
A lot of people think that's what leadership is about,
You know,
I'm the leader,
I'm going to dictate to you,
I'm going to tell you what we do,
Where we go,
And I'm going to do it in a way that everybody else has to follow.
This idea that commercialization,
Monetization is the path to success,
That's the path to happiness,
That's the path to our evolution.
The more we consume,
The more we innovate,
The more we are creating this sense of abundance for ourselves through the work that we do,
Through our organizations,
Through services,
Through products.
But that comes from fear-based thinking.
It comes from this idea there isn't enough,
It comes from an idea that I have to be better than you because stronger is better and only the strong survive.
And therefore,
If I'm better,
I'm earning more,
I've got more accolades,
I've got more sense of belonging,
People value me more than,
You know,
Others.
It gives me a sense of,
Oh,
I'm successful.
And that has been a very reductive way of viewing how people have been.
That's not necessarily true of everybody.
But when we look at it through the lower consciousness,
There is an element of that with most people and most organizations and how they're leading right now.
There is a sense of consumerism and what is the bottom line,
And I don't really care about,
You know,
Your feelings so much because what I really care about is are you getting the job done?
Are you really,
You know,
Are you achieving what you're here to achieve and are you doing it so that you're making me money,
You're making my organization money,
You're making the department money,
You're making enough money for everyone to go,
Oh,
My gosh,
Well done,
You've got a bigger house,
You've got a bigger car,
You've got a bigger whatever it might be,
And that makes you worthy somehow in the world.
That means that,
You know,
The gods and the universe is smiling down on you because,
Hey,
You're successful and you're so good.
And that has kept us stuck in fear and lack consciousness,
And I think it has been the cause of so much distress,
And I would say it's a cause of so much heartache and heartbreak,
Especially with high achievers because,
Yes,
They can do all of that,
Yes,
They can be successful,
Yes,
They can make money,
Yes,
They can be at the top of their game and be leaders that others admire and respect and they're doing so well,
And yet there is this unhappiness,
Yet there is something missing,
Yet there is a lack of purpose,
Even if what they're doing is really purposeful and really good,
And what is that heartache and heartbreak?
And I would say it's for humanity to join them in really,
Really stepping into their hearts and creating a purposeful life,
Not just for one,
Not just for many,
But for all.
And that is what true leadership is about.
Leadership isn't about leading so that you show how to be successful.
Leadership is about leading by example how to live a meaningful,
A dutiful and a beautiful life.
And that is really,
Really what we're here to do.
And,
You know,
Dharma is very big in Hinduism,
And Dharma is,
It can be interpreted as purpose,
But I would say it is also about duty.
It's about understanding that when we connect to our hearts,
Understanding that all hearts are connected,
And it's this beautiful network of energy and information that flows so that I'm not only able to look at what I need in order to be happy and to thrive,
But I'm looking at what you need and what all living organisms around me so that I'm not imposing my will,
I'm flowing with grace,
I'm flowing with divinity,
And I'm leading by example so that I am thriving,
But you are thriving,
And actually the planet is thriving too.
It's not just about,
You know,
Me,
Myself and I.
It's not just about my loved ones,
My family.
It's about all living organisms.
We are ultimately connected,
And what hurts you hurts me.
What hurts me hurts you.
We cannot know this experientially until we really,
Really step into our hearts.
We can all have a level of compassion.
We can all have a level of empathy.
But to really understand that the true significance that we are all one and that all of this planet is one on some level,
It's one living organism,
And that everything impacts everything else,
And there's a ripple effect with who you are and how you show up in the world,
How much healing you do.
For me,
Leadership is about being the best version of yourself and leading with example in terms of how to genuinely thrive and how to be connected to yourself,
To be connected to the present and to live a meaningful life that serves humanity,
That serves others.
We don't have to serve everyone all at once,
But knowing when we are doing our bit and we're living from our heart's true blueprint,
Then we fit in with others,
And there's a perfect jigsaw puzzle that comes together when no piece is missing.
For as long as pieces are missing,
We're never going to have the full picture.
And I feel like the silent heartache of high achievers in particular is because they're ready to step into a new world,
And I feel that it requires a level of bravery.
It requires stepping out of the comfort zone of what others consider to be acceptable and to recognize there is so much more to this world that we're living in,
To recognize that the world we're living in has not even begun to show us what it's capable of,
And it can only show us what it's capable of when we turn the heartache,
Heartbreak,
And disappointments into wisdom so that we are no longer mirroring,
Being mirrored back to us,
What is held in our hearts.
We are now magnetizing.
And what is magnetizing?
It is when our force field becomes so powerful,
So strong,
So electric that others feel it,
Sense it,
Know it,
And trust it.
When we trust ourselves fully by having healed the parts of us where trust is broken,
Where we've disconnected from our true selves,
Where there is density that is preventing us from knowing who we really are,
When we heal those spaces and places within us,
That is when we begin to have an electromagnetic field that is so powerful that it brings others in so that they begin to know and understand how to heal their pain,
To understand there is light at the end of the tunnel.
It is a journey worth embarking on,
And when you embark on it,
This is the outcome.
The outcome is that deep,
Deep sense of connection to yourself,
That sense of authenticity,
That sense of resilience,
That sense of belonging that comes from within you and not about your external world,
That you become a leader,
You become an example for others to follow soon.
And when more people follow suit with really,
Really tapping into the heart's energy,
Magnetizing who we are,
Why we're here,
What we're here to do,
Magnetizing the truth that we are not separated,
That we are all connected,
Magnetizing why we are here to live a beautiful,
Prosperous,
Thriving life where we're happy,
Where we're content,
Where we're genuinely,
Genuinely fulfilled,
And humanity can flow with that truth,
That wisdom,
That is when we will have transformed not only individually but globally.
And that is what is really,
Really needed.
This transformation that has to come from deep within us,
The transformation begins with us,
The transformation begins by recognizing the mirrors the heart keeps throwing up because that's what it's doing.
It organically brings beautiful energies,
People,
Experiences to help you heal.
We are genuinely living in a benevolent world and when we begin to see it through the lens of our hearts and recognize there is spirit and meaning to everything we experience,
We stop resisting.
There's nothing to resist.
Only when we flow can we really,
Truly begin to flow.
And that flow is what's going to guide us back to the truth of who we are,
Eternal,
Indestructible,
Beautiful,
Benevolent,
Prosperous.
That is our true nature and the heart is here to guide us.
Our hearts are our true north so we can step into the higher chakras where we can express without necessarily using words,
Express our creativity,
Express joy,
Express beauty,
Express love,
Where we can have that deep sense of knowingness of how we are connected to the world around us and that deep sense of connection to the cosmos,
The universe beyond here and now.
There is such beauty in the world.
There is such beauty in discovering who we really are and it begins with understanding the qualities and the impact of the heart.
The more we understand it,
The more we are going to be able to positively influence and as we're positively influencing the heart,
We're going to have so much more influence and impact in the world that we're living in to transform those people who have yet to catch up on understanding even this level of what we're really here to do.
So thank you so much for being here and it's my honour to share what is my belief system,
My beliefs,
My intuition,
My knowingness and in time I'm sure life will either prove it right or prove something even deeper,
More beautiful than what I've shared because we're always evolving,
We're always growing and as I've said before,
We've only touched the tip of the iceberg of what the heart is really capable of doing and when we understand more,
The more we are going to be able to really,
Really know who we are and understand who we are which is ultimately the purpose of this life.
Thank you so much.
