Hold the breath.

Soften the body completely and drop.

Completely nice.

Soften the whole body,

Relax all the muscles one by one.

And gently bring your awareness to rest into your heart center.

Is it possible to feel your heartbeat from inside?

Rest in your heart as you breathe gently.

And slowly settle into your sentence.

Pick the words out gently.

Visualize the words.

Visualize the meaning of it.

Let yourself feel the meaning.

And slowly start saying the words one by one.

Moving your lips,

Your tongue,

Your sound,

Your voice parts.

Bringing intention into every word.

Sealing it in your heart.

As if every word you breathe out,

You're whispering throughout your body.

Slowly bring sound when you're ready to do it.

And as you become more comfortable,

Become louder,

Stronger.

Keep strong,

Powerful.

I want to be the healthiest version of myself.

I want to be the healthiest version of myself.

Soften the chest.

I want to be the healthiest version of myself.

Feel it in your cells as you say,

Within the molecules underneath your bones.

I want to be the healthiest version of myself.

Keep softening into your body.

Loud.

Let the world hear you.

Declare.

I want to be the healthiest version of myself.

And what does that feel like if you were your healthiest version of yourself?

What might that look like for you?

Can you tell me using words?

Freedom of movement.

Energy.

No tension.

Just feeling free and loose in my body.

Not feeling trapped in my body,

But feeling as though I fully embody my body.

Being able to do all the activities that I want to do.

Nice.

Now what would it feel like doing those activities?

Can you imagine what it might feel like to have a supple body where the bones don't creak,

Feel energized,

Strong.

You can spring up from the bed to show up for the world.

What might that feel like?

Can you imagine?

Yeah,

It would feel great.

It would feel great to run up the rock of the sea trail or to dive and surf and swim.

Tell me what it feels like on your skin when you dive into the water.

To feel a sense of ease and you know that it's not such an effort.

That my body is not a burden,

But it's a tool that helps me rather than fights me or works against me.

Yes.

Embody that softness,

That easefulness of this beautiful tool you have.

Can you feel it within the bones?

Can you let your muscles feel that?

Throughout your body,

In your veins,

Into your toes.

Can you embody that throughout the body?

Even if you don't move your body,

Can you feel it inside?

As if someone with alopecia is feeling the hair growing from every follicle in the head.

Can you feel that within every cell in your body?

What it feels to have that ease,

That mobility,

That strength,

That soft strength.

Yeah,

I've been there before,

So I've had that feeling.

So you remember that feeling coming back to that.

I know how it can be.

Okay,

So come back to that feeling.

That's what I want you to connect to.

And it's great you already have a memory,

So you don't have to pick it from thin air.

So go back to the memory as strongly as possible,

And sit in that memory as if it's now.

Soften deep,

Breath,

Fill the body.

And as you exhale,

Soften deeper into that memory.

One more time.

Can you feel it fully in every little cell?

As each inhale you are taking,

You are opening a new opportunity to a bunch of cells throughout your body.

And with every breath,

That message expands to the adjoining cells and the adjoining.

And pockets of your body open up to this new old vision.

New because you're calling it,

Old because you've already had it.

And like little light bulbs of a line of satellites going throughout your body.

Imagine pockets of cells opening up into this new world idea.

And expanding,

And little by little these pockets connect to each other so the entire body is eventually covered,

Surrounded by this shimmering idea.

Sweet smile,

Acknowledging,

Accepting,

Enjoying this feeling.

Let yourself feel this fully,

Joyful smile in your face,

In your heart,

In your buttocks,

In your toes.

What would it feel like for your buttocks to smile?

Just imagine the whole body rejoicing.

Can you feel it?

And this sweet,

Sweet,

Deep breath bringing this new prana in,

Into every molecule throughout.

And having deep gratitude in your heart for this experience,

For already having this experience,

For already accessing this energy,

For opening this portal for you.

On this mat,

In this moment,

Deep,

Deep gratitude throughout.

Thank you for already embodying this suppleness,

This energy,

This soft strength.

And when you're ready,

Slowly taking your time,

Coming out of the practice.
