Welcome to this energy healing breathwork practice.
Today we will be using the power of our breath to clear out any stuck or stagnant energy that may be lingering in the body.
Shift any mental fog so that you can experience a deeper sense of peace and clarity.
Start by finding a comfortable place to sit or lie down where you will not be disturbed.
Making sure that you are supported and as comfortable as possible.
In this practice we will be using a three part breath called the triactive breath.
This consists of two inhales and one exhale.
Done entirely through the mouth.
The first inhale we breathe into the belly expanding the stomach.
The second inhale into the heart and expanding the chest and then exhaling completely.
So it should sound like this.
Stomach,
Chest,
Exhale.
We will start with one minute of the triactive breath followed by a breath hold.
We will do three rounds of this adding another minute of breath onto each round.
This is your practice so find the depth and speed of breath that works best for you today.
Don't worry about getting it perfect or if you can't hold your breath for long that's perfectly okay.
It's completely normal for the mind to interfere so see if you can allow the body and the breath to do the work for you.
When you're ready closing down the eyes beginning to bring your awareness inwards.
Noticing any sensations in the body.
The sensation of the breath without changing it.
In this moment you are simply observing.
There is nothing to do and nowhere to be but in this present moment.
Start to visualize a bright golden light surrounding you.
This golden light represents universal healing energy.
Seeing yourself completely encased in this light.
Seeing yourself to be held.
To be supported.
Feeling as this light begins to move into your energy field.
Clearing and cleansing out any stagnant energy.
Any darkness.
Any tension.
With each inhale breathing in more of this healing.
And with each exhale letting go of anything that doesn't serve you anymore.
And when you're ready beginning the triactive breath with me.
Understanding the speed and the depth that works best for you.
Breathing in this beautiful healing light.
And releasing and letting go of any tension.
Taking one last deep breath in.
And exhale completely.
Letting all the air out of your lungs and holding your breath at the bottom.
Relaxing your shoulders.
Relaxing your stomach muscles.
Knowing yourself to sink into this moment of stillness.
Observing any sensations.
And when you're ready taking a deep breath in through the nose.
Hold the breath at the top.
Squeezing the forehead.
And release the breath.
Taking a moment to come back to your normal breath before we begin the next round.
Seeing if you notice any difference just from that one round of breathing.
And when you're ready let's begin our second round.
Breathing in more of that healing light.
And breathing out anything that needs to be let go of.
Remember that depth is more important than speed.
And seeing if on this second round you can even just give 5% more.
Knowing that you are safe,
You are held.
Giving yourself your body permission to release anything that you no longer need.
Beautiful job.
Taking one last deep breath in.
And exhale release and let go.
Completely emptying those lungs.
And holding the breath at the bottom.
Knowing that when we press pause on our breath we press pause on life.
Releasing the body into this pause.
Taking a deep breath in through the nose now.
And holding the breath at the top.
Squeezing your forehead.
And when you're ready release the breath.
Taking a moment once again to come back to your normal breath.
Noticing any shifts from two rounds of breathing.
Moving into our final round of breath.
Breathing biết we are finally back on the beginning point.
Allowing the breath in the body to do the work for you.
With each inhale,
Breathing in light.
With each exhale,
Breathing out darkness.
With each inhale,
Breathing in love.
With each exhale,
Breathing out fear.
With each inhale,
Breathing in trust.
With each exhale,
Breathing out doubt.
Let me even feel good on that exhale to let out a bit of a sigh.
Feeling the body in any way that feels good.
Allowing yourself to fully receive this healing.
And giving yourself permission to let go of anything that is keeping you stuck.
Receiving love.
Releasing fear.
Receiving trust.
Releasing doubt.
Taking one last deep breath in and letting go fully.
Releasing all the air from your lungs and holding at the bottom.
Sinking down into this moment of stillness.
Feeling into any tingles.
Feeling into that life force buzzing around your body.
And when you're ready,
Taking a deep breath in through the nose,
Hold the breath,
Squeeze the forehead.
And release,
Exhale,
Let go.
Great job.
Coming back to your normal breath now.
And taking a moment here,
Still wrapped in this beautiful golden healing light.
Feeling what has shifted from the beginning of this practice.
Allowing yourself to rest here.
And when you're ready,
Beginning to bring awareness back into the body.
Maybe wriggling your fingers or toes,
Having a stretch.
Bringing in any sounds that you might hear.
And opening the eyes.
