And things that are already in bloom.
Now let's begin.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath,
Allowing yourself to settle into a comfortable position.
Picture yourself standing in a beautiful garden,
Surrounded by lush greenery and vibrant flowers.
Feel the gentle warmth of the sun on your skin and the soft breeze brushing against your cheeks.
Take a few moments to connect with your breath and with the scenery.
In the center of this garden,
Imagine a small patch of rich and fertile soil.
You look down and you're holding a tiny rose seed in the palm of your hands.
With intention,
Gently place the seed into the soil,
Feeling the rich connection between your fingers and the earth.
Take a deep breath in and sigh it out,
And envision the seed beginning to sprout,
Sending delicate roots deep into the soil,
Anchoring itself firmly.
You tend to the soil,
Nurturing the tiny seed.
And as you do so,
You feel a sense of patience and hopefulness wash over you.
As days pass,
You begin to notice a slender stem emerge from the soil,
Covered with tiny thorns.
Notice how the thorns serve as a reminder of strength and resilience,
Protecting the delicate beauty that is yet to come.
As time continues to unfold,
A glimpse of the future appears.
You spot a tiny bud at the tip of the stem,
Its tightly closed petals hinting at the beauty that lies within.
With each breath you take,
Feel a sense of anticipation building within you,
Mirroring the anticipation of the rose's impending bloom.
And finally,
With a sense of wonder and awe,
Watch as the bud begins to open and release,
Revealing layer upon layer of delicate petals and stunning hues of pink,
Red,
Or white.
You nurtured the tiny seed,
The rich soil.
You were cautious and respected the sharp thorns.
And now your reward is finally here.
Take a deep breath in and allow yourself to be fully present in this moment.
Soak in the beauty and scent of the fully bloomed rose.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Feel a sense of peace and contentment wash over you.
Knowing that just as the rose has unfolded and blossomed,
You have the ability to embrace the same growth and transformation in your own life.
When you're ready,
Gently bring your awareness back to the present moment.
Open your eyes and come back to the space around you.
