Now bring your awareness to the center of your chest,

Near your heart.

Imagine a soft,

Glowing light,

A gentle,

Comforting warmth.

This light represents your inner strength,

Your confidence,

And your unique worth.

With every inhale,

Feel this light growing brighter and warmer,

Spreading throughout your chest.

And as you exhale,

Imagine this light spreads even further,

Reaching into every part of your body,

Through your arms,

Down to your fingertips,

Flowing through your legs and down to your toes.

Feel it reaching all the way up to the top of your head,

Filling you with calm,
