Take a comfortable seat or lie down,

Making sure your body feels fully supported.

Close your eyes and gently take a long,

Deep breath in.

Hold it for a moment and then exhale,

Releasing any tension or worry from the day.

Let's take a few more long,

Gentle breaths together,

Breathing in peace,

Breathing out any thoughts or stress.

Feel the rhythm of your breath,

Steady and calm,

As it grounds you into this moment.

Notice any swirling thoughts that may be moving around your mind right now.

Let these thoughts come and go like clouds in the sky.

They don't need to define your experience in this moment.

Now place one hand gently over your heart.

Feel the warmth of your hand connecting with your body.

Take a moment to acknowledge the life within you,

Your growing baby.

Send love and warmth to that tiny being,

Knowing that you are already building a bond,

A connection,

Even though you cannot see or feel them yet.

With each breath,

Imagine a soft light glowing around your heart,

Growing brighter and warmer with every inhale and exhale.

This light represents the love,

The nurturing energy,

And the safety that you are beginning to cultivate for both yourself and your baby.

Allow this light to surround you,

Filling you with a sense of calm,

Clarity,

And peace.

If there are any worries or uncertainties in your mind right now,

Imagine them gently being carried away with the soft glow of your heart's light.

Pause here for a moment and allow yourself to simply be.

There's no need to rush.

There's no need to answer any questions just yet.

You are exactly where you need to be in this moment.

And when you're ready,

Bring your awareness back to your breath,

Feeling it gently move in and out of your body.

Each breath is a reminder of the calm and stability you have access to anytime you need it.

Know that no matter where you are on your journey,

The sense of groundedness is always available to you.

Now,

Take a moment to send gratitude to yourself for being here today,

For taking this time for you,

For self-care and connection.

Know that you're doing everything you need to do and that you are supported,

Loved,

And capable of navigating whatever comes next on this beautiful journey.

When you're ready,

Begin to bring your awareness back to the room,

Feeling the surface beneath you.

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

And when it feels right,

Gently open your eyes.

You are grounded,

You are present,

And you are starting a new chapter of your life.
