This guided meditation is designed to help you reconnect with your inner child.

Now let's begin.

Take a moment to settle into a relaxed position.

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to center yourself.

Begin by bringing your awareness to your body and allow yourself to sink deeper into relaxation with each breath.

Feel your mind and body becoming one with each inhale and exhale.

Picture yourself in a place where you feel completely safe,

Supported,

And at ease.

It could be a cozy room,

A sunny meadow,

Or any other peaceful setting that resonates with you.

Continue to take slow,

Deep breaths in and out through your nose,

Calming the mind and body.

With the next breath,

Imagine a younger version of yourself standing before you.

Notice how this little version of you is filled with boundless energy,

Curiosity,

And joy.

They make eye contact with you and start to approach you with a smile.

Feel the warmth and innocence radiating from this inner child.

Take a few precious moments and allow yourself to connect with the playful energy of your inner child.

Recall a favorite childhood activity or game that brought you joy and excitement.

Visualize yourself engaging in this activity with your inner child,

Embracing a sense of lightness,

Freedom,

And playfulness.

With the next breath,

Visualize this little version of you and yourself exploring and discovering the world together.

Notice the world around you with fresh eyes and childlike wonder,

Marveling at the beauty of nature and the workings of everyday objects.

Be present and make note of the magic hidden in ordinary moments.

Just as your inner child once did,

Allow passion and excitement to surface as you dream big,

Envisioning new possibilities and adventures and places to explore.

With the next breath,

Take a moment to express gratitude for this experience of reconnecting with your inner child.

Embrace all aspects of yourself with love and appreciation,

Knowing that your playful spirit is a vital part of who you are.

Carry the playful energy and wonder of your inner child with you as you return to your everyday life,

Knowing that you could always reconnect with this part of yourself whenever you need to do so.

When you're ready,

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

Take a few deep breaths,

And gently open your eyes.
