Welcome to Healing Arts Collective.
I'm Shelley,
A Therapeutic Arts Healer and Mindset Coach.
Find a comfortable and quiet space where you can relax without interruption.
Now let's begin.
Start by gently closing your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Allowing your chest and belly to rise.
Exhale slowly through your mouth,
Letting go of any tension.
Repeat this a few times,
Letting each breath make you feel more grounded.
As you continue breathing,
I want you to acknowledge any feelings of anxiety that might be present.
Visualize these feelings as swirling clouds of energy within you.
As you inhale,
Imagine breathing in calm and soothing energy.
As you exhale,
Visualize these clouds dissipating,
Releasing anxiety with each breath.
Take a deep cleansing breath in,
Carrying a light of creativity.
Feel that creative energy spreading throughout your body.
As you exhale,
Imagine it touching areas where you felt anxious energy before.
Picture this light transforming that energy into something beautiful.
A painting,
A melody,
Or any form of expression that resonates with you.
Visualize yourself in a serene oasis,
A place of tranquility and inspiration.
It could be a lush garden,
A cozy studio,
Or a peaceful beach.
This is your personal haven where you can freely express yourself without any limitations.
Now as you continue to breathe gently,
Imagine yourself releasing any residual anxious energy into the serene surroundings of your oasis.
See the energy dissipate,
Leaving you feeling light and rejuvenated.
Allow this sense of release to wash over you.
Take a final deep breath in,
And as you exhale,
Bring your awareness back to the present moment.
Wiggle your fingers and toes,
Feeling the connection between your body and the space around you.
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
Remember,
You have the power to transform anxiety into creativity.
Embrace this practice whenever you need to release and connect with your inner source of inspiration.
