Welcome to Healing Arts Collective.

I'm Shelley,

A Therapeutic Arts Healer and Mindset Coach.

Find a comfortable and quiet space,

Get cozy,

And let's begin.

Start by taking a few deep breaths.

Cleansing breaths.

Inhale slowly through your nose,

Feeling your lungs fill with fresh air,

And then exhale gently through your mouth,

Releasing any tension in your jaw,

Shoulders,

Neck,

And body.

Now let's bring your focus to your mind.

Imagine it as a vast open space,

Like the limitless sky stretching across the horizon.

As you gaze at this expansive canvas,

Acknowledge any thoughts.

Imagine them as clouds drifting by on a breezy day.

With every breath you take,

Envision your mind expanding further and further.

Feel any boundaries or limitations dissolving,

Creating space for new ideas,

Perspectives,

And possibilities to emerge.

You're opening the doors of your perception,

Inviting in the richness of the unknown.

As your mind expands,

Let go of any preconceived notions or judgments.

Imagine that you're stepping into a realm of pure curiosity,

A place where every question leads to exploration,

Where every doubt is an invitation to deeper understanding.

Take a moment to reflect on something you've always been curious about,

Something that holds the potential to expand your understanding of the world around you.

It could be a new skill,

A different perspective,

Or a topic that has piqued your interest.

Now visualize yourself diving into the subject with an insatiable appetite for knowledge.

See yourself learning,

Growing,

And experiencing the unknown with a sense of wonder.

As you explore this topic,

Feel your mind expanding even further,

Like ripples spreading across a lake.

With every breath,

Inhale fresh insights and exhale limitations.

You're becoming a vessel of wisdom,

Openness,

And transformation.

As we come to the end of this meditation,
