You you you you Just as we start to feel the breath you moving in through our nose down into the belly You feel the belly wall expanding and contracting Let's feel the presence of the breath as it moves in and down you feel its strength,

Its fullness as you expand its lightness as you exhale Start to find the bottom of your breath the ocean bed of your belly as you breathe it in and take the breath down start to feel it moving as far as it can to fill up your lower foundation your roots the cauldron of your belly as you continue to breathe in,

Breathing in this air,

This life force As we practice today we are going to be filling ourselves up with this breath allowing this breath to connect in with our inner vision as we travel within keeping this awareness of the breath we are going to change slightly for a few rounds,

We are going to breathe into the belly the same as before,

Deep into the belly and just continue with the exhale,

Breathing in and then as we breathe in we are going to fill the belly and then with the two thirds of the rest of the breath we are going to fill the diaphragm and then with the last third of the breath we are going to fill the upper chest and then we are going to exhale it looks like a cascading run of breath,

It fills in to the belly,

The diaphragm,

The upper chest,

Exhale breathing in to the belly,

The diaphragm,

The upper chest,

And exhale start to see it like pouring breath into your belly,

Filling up to your diaphragm,

Filling up to your chest and exhale and feel that cascading flow like a wave as you breathe in and start filling yourself up and pouring it back out as you exhale we are just going to do this for 12 or so rounds,

Breathing in to the belly,

Feeling up the bottom of the breath,

Rising through the diaphragm and then the upper chest and exhale it's a gentle force but you are really filling your body with this breath,

With this prana allowing yourself to ride that wave of the breath as you pour the breath in and pour the breath out you might start to feel a little more oxygenation,

Perhaps a little light headedness,

That's ok,

You just keep breathing into the belly,

Diaphragm,

The upper chest it's almost like you are trying to sip in as much breath as you can,

So there is no way for more air to come in,

You are fully breathed in and then you pour it all back out allowing this breath to wash over your entire body from the inside as you fill it up,

The cauldron of your hips,

Your pelvis,

Your belly,

Your organs,

Your chest,

Your diaphragm,

Your heart,

Up to your upper chest,

Your throat,

Your collarbone and out just keep this rhythm going feel the subtle force of this breath as it is pushing against your lungs,

Your chest,

Your diaphragm,

Feel the strength,

This invisible force that moves through all things as you fill it in with your full breath and you pour it out,

It's there and then it's not there,

It's there and then it's not there,

Ebbing and flowing,

Filling and pouring start to feel yourself become lighter and lighter,

Beautiful,

Continue to stay with this lightness keep this breath going but you naturally might find through the meditation that it changes and that's perfect,

Just stay with the natural breath that doesn't require any thinking just continue breathing and as you sit in this place,

Eyes closed in this time,

You're going to be connecting your higher selves and go on a journey,

A journey to a place full of wonder,

With a vision and strength,

With those of our ancestors and where you are now,

You just start to see a cloud from the sky making its way down to you,

A beautiful white cloud,

Fluffy and soft and with all the clouds,

This is your cloud,

It's almost just for you,

As you start to see this cloud moving down,

Start to see it gently placed just next to you and you already start to see yourself sitting on that cloud lying down,

Wherever it feels comfortable,

Just moving your consciousness from where you are now,

To this beautiful cloud a cloud that feels like an old friend,

A warm blanket,

A family animal,

With guidance,

Just being ready,

You start to see this cloud with your real intention,

You slowly start to leave the ground,

The floor,

Start to rise up into the sky and you start to see this cloud moving high and high,

Moving from the room that you are now,

In the block,

In the suburb,

Even above the city,

You see this cloud nice and high,

You start to see it moving gently through the sky,

Perhaps it's the stars that you see or it's daytime,

You start to see the beauty and majesty of the sky,

You start to see yourself on this cloud as it moves faster and faster gently and gently,

It's moving through space and time,

You feel comfortable and safe,

Although you're moving at some speed you can no longer see the land below you,

You just see other clouds,

Perhaps the oceans,

The mountains,

You start to feel this cloud slowing down and it starts to slow down,

It starts to descend back down to the earth,

Gently and gently moves beneath the cloud line,

You see the moon or the sun shining through the beautiful colours you start to feel this cloud moving closer to the earth,

Mile by mile,

You start to make out a landmass,

An incredibly beautiful place as you move closer and closer,

You start to see that this landmass is nothing like you've ever seen before but it feels vaguely familiar as you move closer and closer,

You start to see what this landscape looks like,

Is it mountains,

Is it beaches,

Is it both,

Is it forests,

Is it rivers,

Is it snow as you move closer and closer,

You see this cloud moving across this land,

You start to see the canopies,

You start to see the rivers,

The valleys,

The fjords,

The mountains what does this land look like,

As you start to move across this land,

You start to see that there's no other being here,

Other human being,

There's all matters of birds,

Butterflies you start to see flowers,

You start to see the flowing water,

In the distance you can see the mountains,

In the deserts is it snow,

You start to see what this place looks like for you,

This is a sacred place for you,

A place of your inner vision as you start to feel this cloud,

Start to see it moving,

Making way,

There's a space amongst the floor and the land,

Whether it's by the edge of the ocean,

By the entrance to the jungle,

Or the foot of the mountains or the edge of the lake,

Whatever this place looks like,

Start to see this cloud moving slower and slower,

And it starts to make its way down,

So it eventually comes to a stop when you're ready,

You're comfortable to step off this cloud into this land,

This sacred land,

This ancient land what does it look like beneath your feet,

Some torn grass,

Some sands,

Coral,

The water warm and cool,

Is it dry,

You start to look at your feet and this earth slowly you gaze upwards and you start to see all the flora and flora of the trees,

Bushes,

Shrubs,

Flowers,

See this amazing,

What do the flowers look like,

Are there fruits on the trees what does it look like,

As you move your gaze you start to see all around you now,

From left to right,

You can see the distance,

You can see what's in front of you you start to see that there's a little path gently winding and moving through this luscious,

This unique space,

You start to see that that gentle trail is moving up towards what looks like a little cave,

Propped up high it's inviting,

Full of light,

You feel called to this place,

You start to feel that this is your place,

This is your island,

This is your home,

Your sacred space perhaps it's the one you remember as a child in your dreams,

The one you used to draw in colouring books,

You start to use this imagination,

This powerful projector,

As you start to make your way up the trail perhaps your hands are touching the flowers or the grass or the tree trunks,

You can start to see all manner of beautiful little fireflies or butterflies,

Maybe there's running water could be water to the entrance of the cave,

Could be a waterfall,

Could be next to a river,

As you start to work your way up to this cave when you come to the entrance,

Higher now than where you were before,

You can look down and see your cloud,

It's waiting,

Gently stopped,

You can see the entire landscape now,

The trail and in the distance this beautiful paradise,

Untouched,

Wild,

Your ancient home,

As you turn back around to the entrance of this cave,

You start to see the types of stone,

Minerals in the earth,

Perhaps massive crystals at the entrance to this cave this is your holy place,

Your sacred place,

Place of your dreams,

Visions,

Guidance,

As you start to walk into this cave of yours,

You start to see how massive it is inside perhaps you can even see the sky through the top,

Stars,

Perhaps the sun as well,

You can see this beautiful cave,

You start to see what the walls of this cave look like,

Are they emerald green,

Are they crystal,

Are they jade,

What is this cave made of it's charged,

It's vital,

It's empowering,

As you start to look around this cave,

You start to see that there's a large,

What looks like a mirror,

As you start to walk over you see that this mirror is in fact such polished stone,

Such polished crystal that it starts to reflect the clearest picture of yourself that you have ever seen,

As you walk over to this reflection,

You see yourself,

See your eyes,

What do you look like,

Who are you with in that reflection,

Start to see your true form and your eyes potential,

Healthy and vital,

Calm,

Joyful,

Start to see this reflection of you,

This truth,

How do you look,

How does your face feel,

Are you smiling,

Cheeky green,

Calm,

Portable,

Feel your heart expanding,

Are you with the ones you love,

Perhaps the ones that you are yet to meet as well,

Those that have not met their family,

Those future children,

Start to see this timeless reflection,

Leaving those no longer with us,

Start to see this reflection of our soul,

Strong and clear,

This is a place you can always come to see these reflections,

To be reminded,

To be reminded and to see how you look and feel in your true state,

In this form,

This vision,

Remember that first sight,

First glance at your soul's reflection,

That contentment,

That wholeness and balance,

And so it is as you see it is,

There is no separation,

The reflection is you,

This is with you all the time,

You can start to see the reflection now,

Gentle light of a fire,

As you turn around you see that there is a fire in the centre of this cave,

Gently when you are ready you can leave the reflection,

Move over to this fire,

These sacred flames,

This is not like a fire you have ever seen before,

It is gently placed in the stone,

If you are comfortable maybe there is a gentle seat and you sit down next to this fire,

As you look into the flames you start to see the colour,

It is the colour of the flames,

So violet,

Red and orange and white and blue is a full spectrum of light,

You start to feel yourself being warmed by this fire,

As you start to look into this fire you start to see your dreams and your visions for this life,

And your soul's journey starts to show you so clearly,

This fire is showing you the past,

Present and future,

As you look into this fire you can not only see the life that you envision and all that you are grateful for,

All of the things back in this earthly plane,

The smiles of friends,

The laughs,

All of the greatest meals,

The freshest of waters,

The sunrises and sunsets,

As you start to look into this fire you can see all of the days of your life moving through,

Until it comes to the moment that we are in now,

Flickering and flashing like eternity,

You see that this fire pierces space and time,

As you look into this fire you start to see an ancestor,

A guy that's coming forth to put a face to you,

To support you,

You may know them,

You may not know them,

You may be a grandfather or a grandmother or a father or an auntie,

A mother or an uncle,

Just letting you know that you are supported,

You are guided,

That they are with you,

That they are with you especially at this time,

You see the smile on their face and you start to see that they are showing you,

You start to welcome another ancestor,

And another,

And another,

And another,

And another,

And another,

You start to see one by one the ten turning to the dozen,

The dozens turning to the hundreds,

The hundreds turning to the thousands,

As far as you can see an endless lie of ancestors,

An unbroken chain,

Alive and well in a separate fire,

All smiling and supporting,

If you see them they see you,

You are their dreams,

Their visions,

For them to see you makes them so happy,

For them to see you healthy and well on earth at this time,

You are a realisation of their dreams and their prayers,

Their songs,

Their ceremonies,

Their celebrations,

Their tears,

Their battle cries,

You start to see them all smiling and cheering as far as you can see an eternal sea,

Alive and well,

You start to see that this fire is within you,

This fire is within inside of you,

You start to see that fire glistening in your eyes,

In your heart,

In your belly,

You start to feel them inside of you,

All of those strengths,

All of that love and support and compassion,

That wholeness and that balance,

That all of your ancestors are balanced and whole,

They are all content,

Resolved,

There is no more shame or guilt or unresolved energies,

They have found their peace,

They have found their wholeness and balance,

And you have allowed them to feel that by bringing them into this fire,

The fire that resolves all,

That cleanses all,

Washes through everything,

Nothing can withstand this sacred fire,

And you feel their joy and their lightness,

You start to see the many colours of their skin,

Different eyes,

Their different hair,

All the lives that they live throughout eternity,

And yet you see that same smile,

Slightly different but the same,

You see that same love in their eyes,

You feel it,

Letting you know that you are never alone,

That idea is impossible,

Because they are within you,

They are in your bones,

In your minerals,

In the water that is in your body,

The water that is carried on from each of the womb of the mothers that has been burst onto you,

In the seed of the fathers,

There is fire in your digestion,

There is air in your lung,

It's the same air that they breathe on this earth,

You are them and they are you,

And now knowing this,

You can say goodbye for now to your ancestors,

Although it's never really goodbye,

You can come and talk to them whenever you like in this fire,

As the fire starts to flicker in your eyes,

You feel the warmth and the love,

And now we are going to see an animal totem that wishes to come to you today,

To help guide you through your dreams,

To be with you,

As you look to the entrance of the cave,

You start to see that there is a being,

Sitting gently just watching this animal being,

And there could be water there too,

There could be any being,

What does this being look like?

You start to see it,

You start to feel its gaze,

What's supporting you,

What's letting you know that you might not feel it or see it,

That it's there,

You start to see the medicine of this animal,

What are its strengths,

What is its fortitude,

What is its wisdom,

For every being,

Every animal has their own medicine,

And for this one to show up to you today is a sign to call upon this medicine in your life,

In your dream state,

That is guiding you and protecting you,

Just keep watching,

And when you make that connection,

You look at this being,

You feel that love and support,

You can let it know with a look,

You feel it,

You know it's there,

And whenever you need to you can call upon it and see it directly,

And when you're ready,

The animal will part ways,

And back to the entrance,

Moving back down before disappearing,

And as you gently stand up from your seat,

You see this cave,

Just look around once more,

Start to see the walls,

The light,

Remember the reflections,

The projection,

Start to see this place and start to remember what this place looks like,

This is unique to you,

This is a sacred temple,

This is a place that you can come to in your dreams,

A place you can come to in your meditations,

It's a place of strength and clarity,

You can set your intention to come here when you need,

A place to drift off to in your sleep,

Just remember what this looks like,

And every time that you come here,

You might see different things,

And allow those things that you see to support and to guide you,

And when you're ready,

You can share your respect and appreciation of this place,

As you make your way back to the entrance,

As you get to the entrance,

You can see the brightness of the light outside,

And when you're ready,

Step through and back out to the top of the trail,

You can see the beautiful land as far as you can see,

You can see this incredible untouched wilderness,

You can see this space is just for you,

When you're ready,

You can start to make your way back down the trail,

Down to see the cloud,

Perhaps you can hear the sounds of the breeze through the trees,

And the sounds of the ocean,

The water lapping against the sand and the soil,

Start to see beneath your feet,

Start to see the crystals,

The small crystals in the earth,

Start to see that this place is made of light,

When you're ready,

You can take yourself upon that cloud,

And with your will and intention,

You can start to see the cloud rising again,

Rising above the land,

Remember this place,

What it looks like,

Nobody else can come to this place except for you,

No being knows how to be here,

To get here,

This is a sacred place,

A place of great mystery,

A place of your inner vision,

Only people or beings can come here that you wish to be there,

You consciously agree to agree that this is your place,

Your space,

Unless this cloud flies over this land,

You start to see yourself in the canopy and the tree tops,

You see the reflections of your face in the mountains and the rivers,

You start to see that this living breathing land is a part of you,

And when you're ready the clouds just arise,

The land gets smaller and smaller and smaller,

To lie above the bottom line again,

Moving through space and time,

You see the star,

The moon,

The sun,

The cloud,

It starts to make its way beneath the clouds,

You start to see as you move closer and closer back to earth,

The city,

The town,

The suburb,

The country,

You can see in the distance all of these other beings and clouds,

All of the tribe,

All of the family,

Returning back to their home,

As you move back to your place,

Start to see the house,

The room,

Start to see yourself sitting there,

And you're ready to allow this cloud to slowly move down,

To be just underneath your feet,

You start to feel yourself back into your body,

And when you're ready you can send your appreciation to this cloud,

And start to see this cloud disappearing,

And you can call it back whenever you like,

It's dropped you back safely and you start to see it dissolving,

Here you are in your breath,

Remembering the feeling,

You can gently wriggle your fingers and your toes,

And breathe deep into your belly,

And just take your time,

This is a place that you can travel to at any moment,

It's a place that you can call upon before you enter your dream space,

It's also a place should you wish to guide others into their place,

Whether it be children,

Friends or family,

Something that you can now do as it brings them into themselves,

This oasis within,

Others to be in your sacred space,

You can always go to that is a clear projection,

Nothing from this world can get to,

Except all of your love and joy and support,

This is the place your higher self creative visualisation allows you to see,

Something only you can see,

Allow those wisdom and those visions just to gently be with you,

You don't have to make too much meaning from them,

Allow them just to settle into your consciousness,

Allow those that show themselves the reflections you saw,

Just be as they are,

Allow them to be as they are,

Take those full deep breaths,

Feeling that breath as it comes in,

Feeling that breath as it comes in,

Gently move your fingers and toes,

Move your eyes side to side,

Feel the breath as it comes in,

Feel the breath as it comes in,

Feel the breath as it comes in,

Feel the breath as it comes in,

And when you are ready,

Feel your hands together,

Feel the heat between your hands,

Just like the warmth of that fire,

Feel the heat building up between your hands,

Place your hands over your eyes,

Place them over our face and our eyes,

And feel the warmth on our face as we breathe in,

And do one more,

Put our hands together nice and fast,

Feel that heat building up,

Beautiful electricity,

Beautiful time and that life force within,

We rub our hands together and place our hands over our eyes,

Breathe in,

Gently take your hands and wash down the back of the head,

The face,

The neck,

You can brush down your chest,

Your belly,

Your back,

Your kidneys,

Your lower back,

Your thighs,

Your knees,

Maybe you can touch your feet,

Just touch as far as you can that's comfortable,

As we come back into our body,

This beautiful body,

This beautiful vehicle,

This interdimensional galactic vehicle,

Here and now,

And so it is,

We appreciate each other,

Divine reflections of each other,

As each of us went on our journey,

We take the wisdom from that journey,

That medicine to life,

So we support our family,

Our friends and our community,

So that we build with it this time,

This powerful time,

This time of great change,

That we feel clear with our visions,

Supported in our visions,

And guided,

For we are,

And with that we close this circle today,

This ceremony,

We will continue with the ceremony of life,

We are open to the mystical and the magical in the everyday,

We start to allow ourselves to receive and perceive,

This place of wonder,

We start to open ourselves to the signs,

The manifestations of our dreams,

Perhaps we start to see,

The t-shirts of the totem we saw,

Perhaps we start to see the flowers and the fruits,

We start to see and remember that all around us is trying to talk to us,

Trying to connect to us,

So we call in our projection and clear our vision,

So that it comes to be,

From this family.
