The next few minutes are just for you.
A time for you to let go of whatever you're carrying right now.
If something is burdening you or you notice that you're gripping onto something.
This is a time to come back to yourself.
A time for rejuvenation.
Gently closing your eyes and tuning into yourself.
What does it feel like to be you right now?
What's happening in your mind?
What is it busy with?
Noticing how your body feels in this moment.
Observing any tension in your body.
And seeing if your thoughts might be contributing to how you're feeling.
And now seeing if you can just put those thoughts,
Worries or burdens aside for just a moment.
Just allowing yourself to let go of them.
If this doesn't come naturally,
Perhaps it will help you to imagine your thoughts as an object.
And then allow yourself to wrap these thoughts up gently in a package and put them somewhere in your mind that you know is safe.
Knowing that you can come back to them soon.
But for now,
Just allowing yourself to let go of them.
Don't be afraid to let go.
Taking a deep breath in.
Really sighing your breath all the way out.
Feel the tension in your body being carried out with your out breath.
Again,
Inhaling deeply.
Pausing.
Breathing all the way out.
Continuing to breathe.
Seeing the fresh new air come into your body and rejuvenate you.
And your out breath,
Carry with it whatever is causing you discomfort or unease.
Now if you can,
Placing your arms by your sides.
Rolling your shoulders down and back.
Knowing your collarbones to move apart.
Making room for your chest and your heart to open.
Feeling your heart open as you expand and open your chest.
Feeling your breath move in and around your heart.
Opening your body.
Continuing to breathe as your breath rejuvenates your heart and your mind.
Letting go.
Opening up.
Connecting with your true being.
And thanking yourself for having this moment of feeling rejuvenated,
Relaxed and open for the day to come.
And now taking a moment to thank yourself.
To feel relaxed and open for the day that is still to come.
