So you can close your eyes if you want to or if you have your eyes open just allow your gaze to become very soft and unfocused.

In any case have your eyes rest and as a matter of fact you can invite this same rest to come over your entire face and the skin and tendons and ligaments of your entire head.

So it's a kind of undoing of any doing in your head and face and notice how wonderful that is to allow that surrender to happen.

It's really an intention of giving yourself permission to let go and therefore mindfulness is always connected to compassion.

And so with that intention let the relaxation expand and include your shoulders,

Your whole upper body,

Your arms,

Your hands,

Your legs,

Your feet and also your your inner organs,

Your bones.

And as you relax more and more you will feel more and more space opening up and becoming available.

So feel into that opening up of spaciousness as you relax.

And as a little help you can notice that your breath can become deeper when you are more relaxed because there's more space in your chest cavity.

So as you become more relaxed and more spacious in your chest allow allow that spaciousness to become more and more general until you can kind of palpate the space that you are in,

That your body is in right now.

And feel that there is no distinction between the space of your body and the space that your body is in.

There's just one space,

One spaciousness.

We often subconsciously identify ourselves with the body.

Well if if i am my body then on a deeper level i am the space that my body is in because how could it be otherwise?

So just breathe into that space and allow that space to become more and more general.

And let go of all of that knowledge and then realize that the spaciousness that you are has this quality of being a witness.

Space holds everything,

Witnesses everything with full acceptance and utter equanimity.

So breathe that in as we end this meditation.

Thank you.
