Noticing warmth.

Just bringing awareness to your breathing,

Inhaling and exhaling through your nose,

Ideally having your eyes closed,

And just sensing the temperature,

The warmth of the air.

Inhaling and exhaling.

Just sensing when is the air warmer and when is it colder.

Is it on the inhale or on the exhale?

Just bringing awareness to the warmth,

The air flowing into your nose,

And exhaled.

Just continuing this for as long as comfortably possible,

Just centering yourself through breath and noticing the temperature.

A little tip,

It's usually warmer on the exhale.

So if you do this outside,

You feel,

You notice the beautiful practice of our body warming up the air inside of us.

So we're exhaling much,

Much warmer air than we're inhaling,

Especially when it's cold outside.

Thank you for practicing noticing warmth.

Just sense how you're feeling now.
