Where are you now, beloved? There are days when we struggle to be fully present. When we observe our thoughts we might find that they are rushing ahead causing anxious thoughts. Sometimes the memories of the past hold us captive and we don’t know how to let go. Sometimes our body and spirit are giving us messages of where we need to be. I invite you to dive into this meditative talk where I encourage you to come back to yourself. It’s the sweetest place to be. Let’s be here. Now. Love & Light.

Hi,

My name is Elizabeth Isetor.

Thank you for joining me in this meditative talk,

Inviting you to be here now.

It is an honour and pleasure to guide you as we fully embrace the beauty of the present moment together.

May it bless you and soothe your soul as you listen.

May the words bring serenity,

Calm and healing as you allow these words to bring you back to yourself as you embrace the gift that is now.

I invite you to be fully present in your mind.

Sometimes we find ourselves in a limbo between where we are and where we wish we could be.

Or in our mind we might find that we are reliving a time in the past when really the present has a lot of beauty to offer.

Even in its mundane simplicity or difficulty you wish to escape,

There are blessings and life lessons to be found.

There in this corridor of waiting is a wrestling because your soul needs you to be present here and right now,

To receive all that life has in store for you right now.

And right now is just that,

It is right and it is now.

It is a present,

A gift to be unwrapped in the sweetness of the moment.

Indeed it is a struggle if your mind,

Body and spirit are not in agreement as to what is right for you now.

But if you allow yourself to settle into the ache and align your desires for the right thing,

You will allow for the struggle.

You will watch as the pieces fall into place one by one.

And you will find that everything is unfolding right the way the universe was meant for it to.

And you will find that the time is right and that you are where you need to be,

Where life requires you to be.

You can't rush space or time to be elsewhere,

So you might as well be here now.

There is an African saying that goes,

Your morning begins when you reach the farm.

No matter what time that happens to be,

Trust your divine timing.

You are meant to be where you are right now.

Calm your mind,

Let your thoughts fall into place.

Allow the dust to settle.

You will see clearly.

Be fully here physically.

Embrace your body.

Find out where it is.

What is your body telling you?

It might be displaying signs of anticipation,

Excitement or even nervous energy when you are rushing ahead,

Thinking about the future.

It might feel pangs of an ache,

Sadness or longing when you are still reliving the yesterdays.

Sometimes ailments and circumstances also reveal where we are.

It is as they say,

If we don't make time for our wellness,

We will be forced to take time for our illness.

Sit still if you can,

Hold yourself and remind yourself that this too shall pass.

Give yourself the time you need to catch up or slow down.

Find your pace.

Time allows for this sort of catching up.

Listen to your spirit.

What can you sense?

What is your inner wisdom moving you towards?

May creativity,

Wisdom and guidance arise from you holding space for the spirit to speak within you.

Be here now,

For there is so much joy and sweetness in even the ordinary moments.

Compassion will arise from just holding space,

First for yourself and then for others.

As you sit here,

May you appreciate the healing balm of being present in any given moment of your life.

May this joy rise up in you like the fragrance of the sweet honeysuckle,

Climbing a wall you never even noticed before.

May you notice beautiful sounds you've never noticed before,

Like that of a handsome robin perched on a fence singing a joyful song just for you.

As you become more and more present,

May the divine reveal its love for you.

May you embrace the joy of being alive,

For life and all its simple complexities await you to unwrap its gift,

Its present just for you.

My love,

You are,

So be.

You are loved.

Blessings love and ever increasing light,

This is what I wish for you.

Thank you for listening and maybe you noticed that even just for a moment you emptied your busy mind and hands and tuned into this voice as you embraced simply being here,

As you embraced your now.

Thank you for sharing your precious moments and space with me.

Until next time,

Always remember to be here now.

A gentle reminder to find beauty in the moment and know whatever you’re dealing with is temporary.

Thank You, Elizabeth; for reminding those of us aching for the first sign of Spring- that you can’t rush it ! … But we can take this time to polish our vases. ✨

Love this. Such a powerful little reset of the mind when things get a bit fuzzy. I appreciate that it's short, as I can listen any time when I feel a bit off and it helps me to get back to the present moment. Thank you 💕
