This meditation is for the days that you feel stagnated and stuck.

Those days where you just feel uninspired and unmotivated.

And first I want you to acknowledge that that is a valid feeling to feel.

There is nothing wrong with that.

You are not alone,

But I can understand how that doesn't necessarily make you feel any better.

So instead I'm going to give you some tools to hopefully help you feel in a bit more of a flow state.

And through this meditation I will invite you to move your body if that feels good for you,

But you don't have to.

So with that said,

You can do this meditation either seated or standing.

Once you're comfortable in whatever position you have chosen,

I'd like you to close down your eyes,

Drop into your body,

And that might feel uncomfortable for you today.

You might feel unsafe in your body or you might feel shame or resentment in your body.

But if you can,

I'd like you to sit in it and muster up any shred of compassion that you can for yourself today.

You can place your hands on your heart and your torso if that feels good.

Just take some deep,

Long breaths in and out of your body,

Letting your awareness turn inward and releasing any distractions around you just for the next few minutes.

And with this deepened breath,

I'd like you to inhale,

Hold at the top,

And as you exhale,

If you feel comfortable to,

Sigh out any sounds that feels good.

I'd like you to repeat that a few times,

Inhaling,

Holding at the top,

And sighing or sounding out as you exhale.

As you do this,

I invite you to make any movements if that feels good for you today,

Even if it's as simple as rolling your shoulders or your neck.

If you're standing,

You can sway,

Move your hips.

You can do this slow at first,

Feeling the way your body moves,

Stretching into those spots that maybe call for it.

Continue to do this,

Making the movements as big or as small as feels good,

Stretching in any way that feels right,

If there are any points in your body that are feeling the stagnation,

The stuckness,

Roll them out,

Move,

Continuing to sigh out or sound out if that encourages you.

As you continue to move,

I'd like to remind you that the stagnation,

This stuckness,

It's a mindset.

Your mind,

You may think that there is nothing you can do,

But as you move,

As you encourage your body to flow,

So you encourage the energy to flow,

Brainstorm anything you can do today that inspires you,

That motivates you,

Even if it's the smallest step,

Even if it is simple as cleaning up the kitchen or the room or whatever,

Maybe it's going for a walk,

Maybe it's something bigger for your work or your finances.

Is there a small step that you can take today that might alleviate the stagnation just a little bit?

And it might be a comfort for you to know that in my experience,

When you feel stuck and stagnated,

It's usually because you're about to make a big leap into something else.

It's an opportunity for growth,

For your next level.

You're destined for great things,

Bigger things.

You know it,

Your body feels it,

Your heart feels it.

And it might be that that next step and that big dream feels so overwhelming.

And it is.

Great things often feel uncomfortable at first because it is testing your comfort zone,

It's pushing against your comfort zone.

And it's so hard sometimes to take that leap,

But oh,

Will it be worth it.

If you're still moving,

You can either continue or you can slow to a stop.

Knowing how your body feels now,

If it feels like it's flowing just that little bit easier.

Can you feel the energy moving through you?

Do you feel lighter,

More inspired?

Maybe you don't.

And that's okay too.

Honor where you're at today.

You don't need to feel guilty or shameful.

As you continue to breathe deeply through a little bit longer,

I invite you to wrap your arms around yourself.

Let me give yourself a squeeze.

Remembering to be grateful and proud for where you're at,

How far you've come.

Knowing that you will reach that next step.

You will reach that next checkpoint,

Challenge,

Goal.

And these moments of lull,

Of stagnation are inevitable.

And sometimes it's an invitation for rest.

But on other path that you've walked to get here.

So taking one more deep breath in through the nose,

Holding for a moment and sighing out anything else that feels cold to be released in this moment.

As you're ready,

You can blink open your eyes.

You can carry on with your day,

Whatever that looks like today.
