Every situation that affects your emotional well-being,
Every incident that alters your psychological health,
It directly affects your physical body as well.
Accidents,
Scars,
Traumas,
Emotions that are big and unable to be processed are stored somewhere within you,
Deep in your tissues,
In the cells that make up who you are.
Your breath is one of the quickest and most effective tools that you possess to unlock the energy of your past from your body.
By simply breathing in a controlled manner,
Deeply and fully,
You can and will let go of pain,
Release old hurts,
And sweetly invite yourself back to a place where you can safely feel again.
To begin,
Please come to lay your body down on your back,
Finding any supportive solid surface,
Somewhere comfortable and warm,
A place where you will be undisturbed as you freely move through any emotions that may arise.
When you find this cozy space,
Please allow your eyelids to close down heavy and relax.
Relax your physical body,
Every muscle loose and limp and easy.
Take a nourishing breath in through your nose,
And a cleansing breath out through your mouth.
Take another deep breath in through your nose,
And a long exhale out through your mouth.
Take another deep breath in through your nose,
And a long exhale out through your mouth.
Breathing just like this,
Exaggerating the breaths in,
And fully releasing on the breaths out.
This is the breath that we will use throughout the remainder of this practice.
In through the nose,
And out through the mouth.
Follow the rhythm of the music,
The guidance of my voice,
As we move through the next three rounds.
Round one begins in three,

Breathing in through the nose,
Breathing out through the mouth.

Press your tongue to the roof of your mouth.
Relax your face,

Dropping into the body and noticing what you can feel.
Physical sensation.
Dive into it.
Your body is talking,
What can you hear?
Heaviness.
Stagnancy.
Feeling as much as you can in this moment.
And then drawing your awareness to your chest.
Becoming aware of your heartbeat in all its fullness.
And we will exhale through the mouth with a ha sound.
In three.
In two.
In one.
Pause empty for a moment.
Swimming in the vibration that you've just created in your heart space.
With your voice and your breath.
That ha sound is so purifying for your heart.
Holding empty here for three.
For two.
For one.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.

Where is your body speaking?
And then draw that sensation wherever,
Whatever it may be.
In the direction of your heart.
Your wellspring of purification.
Where all of the impurities are transmuted.
Collecting your awareness here in your chest.

Attuning to the subtleties of your vessel.
Listening to what's being said and where it is speaking to you from.
Tingling.
Pulsing.
Heat.
Noticing any sensations that are present and just staying with them for a moment.
And then pulling them,
Drawing them up in the direction of your heart.
Place where it can all be purified.
Awareness centered on your chest.
And we'll exhale with an audible ha sound.

Hold empty for just a moment.
Feeling.
Noticing.
Noticing how the vibration of your voice.
The movement of your breath.
Has cleansed this entire vessel.
Relaxing in emptiness for three.

Coming back to a natural,
Normal rhythm.
And relaxing here.
Stay for as long as your body asks you to.
