Hello beautiful mama,

This is a time and a space that is just for you and your baby.

To connect,

To relate,

To be deeply at peace with each other.

The invitation is to create this sacred time,

Each and every day,

To be together and still and relaxed,

Whilst listening to these positive birth affirmations.

Each statement will assist you in programming your subconscious to trust and believe in your body's natural and innate ability to give birth to your baby with ease,

Boosting confidence,

Preventing fear,

And releasing tension so that you can feel strong and empowered throughout your birthing experience.

To begin,

Please find a comfortable seat,

Either on a chair or on the floor,

Using any pillows or blankets that you may require for support.

Adjust until you find a place of utmost comfort.

Draw your palms to rest gently atop your abdomen,

On your belly,

The home of your precious growing baby.

Take a few deep,

Slow breaths,

Dropping and releasing your shoulders down and away from your ears,

Relaxing your face,

Releasing your jaw,

Lovingly letting your little one know with just your breath and your body that everything is alright,

That everything is just as it should be.

Feel how this growing babe responds to the peaceful home that you're creating.

Draw your awareness down into your belly,

Deeper and deeper,

Until your attention is centered on and around your baby.

I love you little one,

I am listening,

I am here.

Pausing here for a few more moments,

Palms over top and cradling baby,

Connecting to the tiny heartbeat growing within you,

Letting him or her know,

With just your intention,

The way only a mother can,

That you are here,

Now and always,

And that you are looking forward to meeting that sweet face.

I love you little one,

I am listening,

I am here.

Breathing in slowly,

Breathing out smoothly,

Breathing in,

Filling up,

Breathing out,

Release,

Relax,

Breathing in,

And breathing out,

Each breath is long and slow and intentional,

Allowing these words to silently,

Mentally become your own.

Birth is the ultimate act of love,

I am looking forward to giving birth.

Birth is miraculous,

However it happens.

My body was designed to birth my baby.

My baby is strong and healthy.

I trust my instincts.

I am ready to meet my baby.

My baby gives me the strength to do anything.

I welcome each surge.

The surges I feel are a part of me.

My baby is the perfect size for my body.

My body knows how to do this.

I let my body and my baby set the pace.

My baby moves down smoothly.

Each surge brings my baby closer.

My mind quiets.

My body opens.

My baby arrives.

I am supported.

I am surrounded by love.

I relax and my baby relaxes with me.

Soften.

Open.

Take one final deep breath in.

And breathe out.

You've got this mama.

You are stronger than you may believe.

Please return back to this space,

To this meditation,

Each and every day.

Have a beautiful rest of your day.
