Find your most comfortable position for this quick 5-minute mindfulness reset.

Start by releasing all the pent-up energy by exhaling deeply three times.

Now letting your breath flow naturally and set an intention that may I find peace and happiness so that I can share it with others.

Now try to find the location of your breath in your body.

You might find it in your belly,

In your chest,

Or coming in and going out through your nostrils.

Lightly holding on to your breath while you relax your body.

Now gently move your awareness to your feet and your legs.

Notice if you feel any sensations.

Becoming aware of your pelvic region.

Now moving your awareness to your arms and hands.

If your hands are resting on your knees or your lap,

Feel the connection between them.

Now I want you to challenge yourself to keep your awareness completely on your breath as it moves in and out of your body for the next three breathing cycles.

This means releasing all the images,

Memories,

And thoughts from your head and keeping the full awareness on your breath.

If you find it hard,

That is completely a-okay.

Let's give it a try.

Taking three conscious breaths.

Great job doing this practice.

Before we close this practice,

I want you to find one lesson,

One insight that you got out of this session.

For me,

It is stillness.

And I'm going to practice that.

What about you?

Sending you peace and love.

Namaste Guri. I liked the deep exhaling before I began to open up to the peace in the breath that can be shared
